Another day another dollar.
An ex-bodyguard is accusing Mariah Carey of sexual harassment and racism.
Mariah is caught in the crosshairs of some wild allegations made against her by a former employee.
An ex security guard for the elusive chanteuse named Michael Anello is threatening to sue the singer for sexual harassment and reportedly frequently referring to him as “a Nazi, a skinhead, a KKK member and a white supremacist,” TMZ reports.
Here is a copy + paste excerpt of the gritty details: “Michael Anello’s lawyer has prepared a draft of a lawsuit, claiming his company worked for Mariah from June 2015 to May 2017 and got stiffed on the balance to the tune of $221,329.51. Anello claims he was promised another 2 years which would add $511,000 to the tab.” Anello claims Mariah “wanted to be surrounded with black guys, not white people.”
The lawsuit draft also says Mariah committed “sexual acts with the intent that they be viewed by Anello.” That includes a trip to Cabo San Lucas where Mariah allegedly asked him to “come to her room to move some luggage and when he got there, she was wearing a see-through negligee that was open.” They add Anello tried leaving but she insisted he move the luggage and confirms there was no physical contact.
So let me get this straight… Mariah was wearing something skimpy, as usual, and demanded her luggage get moved because she refused to do it herself? Sounds about right.
As of now, no suit has been officially filed because Anello’s legal team is working out settlement details. Mariah’s people are agreeing to pay off certain invoices, but they’re probably not going to let the allegations slide.
It does seem rather unusual this comes to light a few days after Carey’s ex-manager Stella Bulochnikov announces she is no longer Mariah’s day-to-day. Hollywood is weird.
