Plus, who can pass on the opportunity to see Kelly do the robot?
Remember when Kelly Clarkson said that she has a tough time trying to find people to collaborate with her? Well, the “American Idol” champ appeared on “The Tonight Show” with Jimmy Fallon and basically performed enough duets to last her entire career in what I’d like to refer to as “From Jimmy to Kelly.”
Watch the duo get silly after the cut:
Kelly Clarkson is in full beast most promoting her new album “Piece By Piece” and stopped by “The Tonight Show” on Monday (March 2) to make everyone envious that the “American Idol” OG isn’t your singing partner. Yup, Kelly and Fallon poked fun at her plague claims with a 4-minute medley of some of the great duets in the history of music like Sonny and Cher‘s “I Got You Babe,” Elton John’s “Don’t Go Breaking My Heart” and even Paula Abdul’s “Opposites Attract.”
Look at homegirl making a sly dig at those who passed on her. I see you, Kelly.

Meanwhile, Kelly announced her Piece By Piece tour and corresponding show dates here. Joining her are Grammy award winners Pentatonix and singer-songwriter Eric Hutchinson. Tickets for the general public go on sale starting Saturday, March 14.
