Y’all can’t do better than this. JT brought the south to the BRIT Awards on Wednesday (Feb. 21). The singer kicked off his 7-minute performance with “Midnight Summer Jam,” which could very well be the next single off the pop star’s No. 1 album.

It makes sense considering the winter months are wrapping up and warm weather is on the way. I could see this soundtracking a lot of pool parties and wild nights out come June. Personally, I’d prefer “Montana” or “Breeze off the Pond,” but what do I know.

Timberlake then launched into a performance of “Say Something” with Chris Stapleton. It was good, but quite long.

When the massive choir dressed in all white appeared to help Timberlake and Stapleton sing the chorus, I low-key got chills, but can also recognize how predictable and cheesy it was. I have a very confusing relationship with Man of the Woods at the moment. Sometimes the greatest way to say something is to say nothin’ at all.
