Tinashe hasn’t provided any concrete evidence that her forthcoming album Joyride is on the way, but that hasn’t stopped her from appearing on a fleet of new tunes. In the last year, she’s teamed up with with Chris Brown on “Player” (which she claims was forced by her label), Far East Movement on “Freal Love,” DaVido on “How Long,” KDA on “Just Say”, a remix of Britney Spears’s “Slumber Party,”, Tinie Tempah’s “Text From Your Ex” and Lost King’s “Quit You.” She also dropped a mixtape titled Nightride, a prequel to Joyride, and she’s readying a new visual off of it.
Feast your eyes on a preview for the upcoming “Ghetto Boy” music video. It’s a series of trippy images with a narration by British philosopher Alan Watts. He says, “try to imagine what it will be like to go to sleep and never wake up… now try to imagine what it was like to wake up having never gone to sleep.” Watch:
