Tinashe unleashed an icy banger with “Faded Love,” featuring Future.

The singer has had an uphill battle releasing new music off her forthcoming album, Joyride, but it appears she’s back on track.

Following “No Drama,” featuring Offset of Migos, is the Future-assisted “Faded Love.”

“No don’t give me your name / No I don’t need your number saved in my phone,” Tinashe sings over Stargate’s starry production. “Just follow me, follow me, follow me / Follow me home.”

The producer also fires off T’s stuttering vocals before smashing her and Future’s voices together. I wouldn’t have though a duet between the two would sound as luscious as it does, but it works.

Tinashe opened up to Apple Music’s Zane Lowe about recording Joyride. (she says it’s “done” and is in the mixing process). T also says she recorded hundreds of songs in the last few years for the album, and has another new tune for us out in March – most likely her collab with French Montana and TY Dolla $ign. And for what it’s worth, Tinashe wants to release the record once the weather warms up. Makes sense, cause this is hot!
