Documents Unsealed. Katy Perry Formally Denies That Dr. Luke Raped Her Despite Kesha’s Claims That He Did
Kesha’s legal battle takes another turn for the worse…
Katy Perry denies in a court of law the allegations that Dr. Luke raped her.
UPDATE // AUGUST 27:
A judge unsealed several pages of Katy Perry’s testimony in the Dr. Luke x Kesha legal battle (despite the pop star formally requesting the entire document remain under lock and key).
According to the transcript, Perry denies the defamed producer having ever raped or sexually harassed her in any way, shape or form.
Lawyer: Are you aware that Kesha has made a statement that Dr. Luke raped you?
Lawyer: Did Dr. Luke ever rape you?
Lawyer: Did Dr. Luke ever sexually assault you?
Lawyer: Did he ever give you a roofie?
Lawyer: Did you have a sexual relationship with Dr. Luke at all?
Lawyer: A romantic relationship?
Lawyer: So Ms. Sebert’s statement that Dr. Luke raped you is false?
Katy: Yes, ma’am.
Dr. Luke’s legal team emailed BreatheHeavy a statement.
“In 2014, Kesha filed a bogus Complaint against Dr. Luke – which she has voluntarily dismissed – falsely claiming that he drugged and raped her in 2005. Now, after four years of litigation, it is Dr. Luke’s defamation claim that remains. Evidence is now publicly available to show that Kesha’s Complaint was filed pursuant to a “Press Plan” and PR media blitz, designed to create the maximum negative public pressure on Dr. Luke in order to get him to give in to her contract demands.
Having done all of the damage publicizing her false claim of rape for years, Kesha now has asked Dr. Luke to not speak publicly about the evidence just being revealed… even though this is the first time Dr. Luke has the opportunity to do so with some of the actual facts. Ironic, indeed.”
Parts of Lady Gaga’s testimony were also unsealed. Luke’s defense team grills her about how she had heard whether or not Katy was raped
Kesha’s legal battle takes another turn for the worse as the singer alleges Dr. Luke also raped fellow pop star, Katy Perry.
Dr. Luke’s representatives gave BreatheHeavy.com a statement via his legal team regarding Kesha’s allegations that Luke raped Katy Perry:
“Katy Perry herself confirmed that Dr. Luke did not rape her. Kesha’s accusation to the contrary – just like her other outrageous lies about Dr. Luke – is baseless and irresponsible, and it is disrespectful to both Katy Perry and Dr. Luke. In his defamation lawsuit against Kesha, Dr. Luke seeks damages for the harm caused by these malicious falsehoods.”

Kesha has claimed for some time now that Dr. Luke drugged and raped her and wants out of a binding contract she has with him, but a new damning allegation has reared its ugly head. The “Praying” singer claims the defamed producer also raped Katy Perry.
“On February 26, 2016 [Kesha] sent a text message to Stefani Germanotta p/k/a/ Lady Gaga which repeated [Kesha’s] false claim that [Luke] had raped her,” reads legal documents obtained by The Blast.
It continues, “[Kesha] also falsely asserted that [Luke] had also raped Kathryn Hudson p/k/a/ Katy Perry,” and that, “Following this text message conversation, and with [Kesha’s] encouragement, [Lady Gaga] spread negative messages about [Luke] in the press and on social media.”
Luke also claims Kesha and Gaga created “graphics” to post on social media in an attempt to illustrate Kesha’s defense and defame Luke.
Dr. Luke’s presence was noticeably absent on Perry’s most-recent album, Witness.
Jesus Christ… just let Kesha out of the contract already.
