The Spice Girls Have A Lot Of Unreleased Material

Lemme tell you what you want what you really really want: more Spice Girls!

Fans were recently treated to several leaks from old recording sessions from The Spice Girls, and there’s a lot more where that came from. According to Baby Spice Emma Bunton, there’s a lot of unreleased material on the cutting room floor.

“There’s lots,” Bunton told UK’s Daily Star. “We recorded lots and lots and lots of songs.”

In February, four songs from the girls’ “Forever” recording sessions leaked (after Geri Halliwell’s departure); “A Day In Your Life,” “If It’s Lovin’ On Your Mind,” “Right Back At Ya” and “Pain Proof.”

The tracks were promptly pulled from the Internet, but before their removal received hundreds of thousands of spins from 20-somethings experiencing severe nostalgia.

“I have heard about that, yes,” Bunton said of the leaks, “but I can’t really talk about those.”

The girls should probably send some major words of advice to One Direction right about now, but they’ll have to coordinate their busy schedules first.

“I was with Geri and Mel B just recently, we love each other and we love performing together,” she said, “It’s just when the timing is right because we all have our own careers now and we have families, it’s just about getting five schedules together and that’s all it is.”

A performance would be cool, but a new album from the five-some is where it’s at! Now leak that ish.
