Britney Spears hopped out of bed with Starbucks iced coffee in hand, threw on a pair of pink fuzzy slippers, walked down her mansion staircase and plunked down on her office rollie chair to reveal info about “Britney Jean” via a live Twitter chat. I imagine like this.

She asked fans to play the album while she opened up about each track. Here’s what we know:

“Alien” is the first song off “Britney Jean” produced by William Orbit (she admits she’s a big fan of his) about feeling alone in a crowd. It “deals with loneliness and how you can be surrounded at all times by friends, family and adoring fans who you love and still feel alone,” Britney Tweeted. That’s gotta be one of the kickers of fame; surrounded by a stadium of fans yet so alone. Not alone, not alone, not aloneee.

Now get to “Work *****!” Britney told fans this song is definitely on the Vegas setlist. Duh! Britney might own a smart car, but she’s working towards the good stuff.

“Perfume” is probably not even about Jason Trawick, but good marketing! “#Perfume is really just about relationship insecurities & feeling insecure about the person you care for the most,” she said.

Justin.

Britney then told us the meaning behind “It Should Be Easy” where the lyrics say “baby love, it should be easy. It shouldn’t be complicated.”

She jumped into “Tik Tik Boom,” and obvsi a lot of you share my sentiment for it being single three because you bombarded her with it. I’m taking all the credit. MUAHAHAHA.

“Body Ache” speaks to Britney because, as she says, it’s about her biggest passion: singing dancing. “When I cut this song I was right in the middle of dance rehearsals for my Vegas show… The show I’m putting together has more dance than any show I’ve ever done. I guess I was dancing until my body ached every single day. LOL!!” Think homegirl is going to perform it in Vegas? She trolled us saying “you’ll have to wait and see!”

She also Tweeted someone named “@freeasmydick.” Real.

“Til It’s Gone” is a post-breakup song. “Life is funny like that,” Brit says. “Think I’ve kicked myself a few times after breaking up w someone. Dont kno why it’s always so clear AFTER u breakup.”

Same here girl. As in, why didn’t I do it sooner!

Katy Perry and Sia co-wrote “Passenger.” No mention of Myah Marie.

She jumps into how much she loved recording “Chillin With You” with her lil sis Jamie Lynn. “@jamielynnspears and I had SO much fun recording #ChillinWithYou!! She’s been working on her first album in Nashville for a while and I thought it would be really cool to have her on my album.”

The two might even perform it together in Vegas (lollllllllll).

“Don’t Cry” is one of my favs, and I love what Britney says about it:

This:

The first song Britney recorded for “Britney Jean” was “Hold On Tight.” She admits her friend @KooolKojak came over to her house w/ his guitar & they wrote this song together. “#HoldOnTight is a little different from the rest of the record, but I loved writing and recording this one!!”

Up next was “Now That I Found You.” “This song just sounds like love doesn’t it,” Britney asked. Yes. And Nyan Cat.

BYE!
