The Beyonce Awards A.K.A. The Soul Train Awards Happened

November 28, 2016 By Jordan Miller

Beyonce wins everything.

Beyonce wins Video of the Year, Album of the Year, Song of the Year and Best Female Artist at the 2016 Soul Train Awards.

Basically, everything.

Kanye West was hospitalized last week for reported sleep deprivation, but new reports have surfaced claiming the rapper is seriously paranoid, among other issues. During his last Pablo concert before cancelling the duration of the tour, West went on a rant about MTV, Facebook, Jay Z and Beyonce. “Beyoncé, I was hurt, because I heard that you said you wouldn’t perform unless you won Video of the Year over me, and over ‘Hotline Bling,'” he said.

The Soul Train Awards caught wind of that and decided to honor Queen Bey with the biggest awards of the night in the hopes she’d made an appearance, but their kind gestures failed to get her there.
