Is Selena Gomez about to become the face of a major fashion brand?

If the rumors are to be believed, yes.

Selena Gomez is no stranger to a celebrity endorsement, previously striking a sponsorship deal with Pantene, but it seems that the “Love You Like a Love Song” star is rising up in the world of celebrity branding, as speculation begins to swell surrounding her involvement with Louis Vuitton.

In an interview with French TV Show ‘Le Petit Journal’, Nicolas Ghesquière – the artistic director of Louis Vuitton – reportedly announced that Selena is to be the new face of the French fashion house. Of course, being that he was on a French show and that he’s also French, the confirmation came in, you guessed it, French, leaving international fans a little confused about what exactly was said.

The rumor mill is turning though, and fans are quick to observe what a coup this is for the popstarlet.
