‘Reputation’ Deluxe Incoming?! Taylor Swift Registers New Max Martin-Produced Song “Family”

Swifties are under the impression Taylor Swift is readying a Deluxe edition of her No. 1 album, Reputation. German music publishing site named GEMA recently registered a new Taylor track named “Family” into its database.
If we are to believe this is accurate, the song is produced by Max Martin, Shellback and Oscar Holter (Taylor’s super producer dream team who helped co-create nearly all of Reputation).
I’d like to point out Holter is partly responsible for producing “Dancing with Our Hands Tied,” one of my favorite tracks off the new album, so “Family” is sure to be a bop.
It’s also worth mentioning Holter did not produce any material on 1989 like Martin and Shellback did, so “Family” was most likely created for Reputation.
This recently registered track begs the question… why now? It doesn’t seem likely Taylor would release a one-off single any time soon considering there are so many more Reputation tracks to choose from, so perhaps she’ll include a couple more tunes on a Deluxe version and make a couple more million. That’s the rumor, anyway. We love a business queen.
