Bruno Mars will join Coldplay and Beyonce at the Super Bowl.
Two years later, Bruno Mars is set to take the stage at the Super Bowl halftime show once more.
Last September, reports swirled the NFL asked Mars to “curate” the Super Bowl halftime show, AKA invite a ton of guests to join him on stage, but it was Coldplay that’d ultimately accept. However, Mars isn’t out for the count.
While we thought it was widely known Mars would participate, the NFL and Mars have yet to publicly acknowledge it. However, Coldplay frontman Chris Martin took it upon himself to confirm. Martin mentions Bruno by name in a clip of a CBS program. “This may be Beyonce’s footprint,” Martin jokes. “I’d say she was here about four hours ago. Let’s look for a Bruno one.”
