Niall Horan’s new album is titled Flicker and drops October 20.

It’s been a long time coming. Last year, Niall told fans he needed time to disappear and create new music.

He returned with the sleep song “This Town,” but it didn’t resonate with listeners outside of his One Direction fanbase. Back to the drawing board.

Horan returned a while later with a second ~lead~ single with “Slow Hands,” a mid-tempo tune that connected with the masses. Success! That gave Horan the ammunition he needed to continue creating. The pop star announced one more mini-hiatus to work on the new material, and it all comes down to this: Flicker, Niall’s debut solo album.

“it’s been a long time coming but I’m delighted to announce that my new album ‘Flicker’ is out on the 20th of October,” he told fans. “I hope you enjoy it.”
