It’s Christmas in July thanks to Mariah Carey.

The elusive chanteuse will no doubt slay the holiday season with her perma-hit “All I Want For Christmas Is You,” but she’s preparing a second new song for us. It’s titled “The Star,” and will serve as the title track for Columbia Picture’s animated film of the same name.

Carey announced the news today along with a trailer for the movie: “Very excited to share a tease for the new movie #TheStarMovie which will be out in theaters in time for Christmas!” #NewSong #TheStar”

Carey isn’t voicing any of the characters in The Star, probably because of her diva behavior (we see you Will Ferrell), but it’s got a star studded cast anyhow, including Kelly Clarkson, Oprah Winfrey, Tyler Perry, Tracy Morgan, Kristin Chenoweth and more.

Obviously this will be Mariah Carey’s 19th No. 1 hit. Check out Carey’s big reveal and preview below:
