Madonna’s New Single Is Reportedly Titled “Indian Summer”

Madonna’s music magic is on the way.

Madonna has been hard at work on new music for some time now. We know the new tunes exist, and have a suspected release date, but the Queen has had bad luck at her music getting leaked months before the official debut date. Let’s hope she can manage to keep things under lock and key for the time being.

What’s not a secret? The potential timeline for her lead single and release date. Fansite Drowned Madonna shared a few gems of information regarding M’s fourteenth studio album. According to them, the lead single is NOT the Anitta collab, nor is it titled “Magic.” A new report from Expresso claims the new single is titled “Indian Summer.”

Google says an Indian summer is a “period of unseasonably warm, dry weather that sometimes occurs in autumn in the Northern Hemisphere.”

It’s rumored to premiere in April (or May at the latest).

As for the album, Drowned claims it’s out in June.

What can we expect from Madonna’s new LP? It’ll sound different than anything out there. The material girl openly stated she thinks today’s music scene is formulaic and boring.

There’s whispers Madonna is combining African and Portuguese rhythm with pop (read more about that here).

M14 might also feature a song with Maluma. They’ve spent several sessions in the recording studio together.

It’s been four years since Madonna released a new album, so needless to say pop music needs her!
