Another new Drake song.

Drake and DJ Khaled come together on new banger, “For Free”.

You might better know DJ Khaled as the star of an endless series of memes, but when he’s not fodder for social media Khaled’s a heavy weight producer, as evidenced by his collaboration with Drake, released today and taken from his forthcoming album ‘Major Key’.

The track is a bragalicious exploration of Drake’s *** life, but don’t let that put you off. With an easy flow, gentle synth-y instrumental and some far more memorable bars than on any of ‘Views’, it’s vintage Drake and it sounds like a summer smash in the making.

The light a breezy back-drop to an almost three minute run down of the many, many girls Drake’s slept with (and how he should… have… charged? them? for? it?) is the kind of beach material you expect from a Drake summer release and it ticks all the boxes for us.

Meanwhile, “One Dance” has just enjoyed its 8th week at number 1 in the UK, making it the second longest running chart topper across the pond, only behind Rihanna’s “Umbrella” (which topped the charts for 10 weeks in 2007.)

It’s a good time to be Drake.
