Lana Del Rey is doin time in the studio.
The singer just released her sixth studio album, Norman F–king Rockwell, but she already has her sights set on the next one.
“I’ve already written parts of it,” Lana told The Times of her next album. “It’s called White Hot Forever, I feel like it probably will be a surprise release sometime within the 12 or 13 months.
Lana added: “I’m really excited right now. I don’t want to take a break,” she added, saying that she wasn’t done yet with finding “special little melodies”.
Del Rey’s latest release (at least for now) is brimming with whimsical hooks and soft production, but she often injects a somber tone over seemingly buoyant beats. She also flexes her lyrical talents “Goddamn, man-child / You f–ked me so good that I almost said, I love you.” WHEW!
