Lady Gaga’s alter-ego, Joe Calderone, might have shared the opening line to Gaga’s lead single.

It’s rumored Lady Gaga Tweets from an unofficial account from time to time. The handle in question is @JoCalderone, the persona she created for her “Yoü And I” music video. It sees more than 80K followers and posts only sporadically. Mother Monster is also known to share one-liners from upcoming songs, and it’s been nearly a year since that account posted anything.

The suspicious Tweets include one that says “A RedOne.,” as well as the following potential lyric:


Last time there were cryptic Tweets blasting onto the Internet from various accounts rumored to be in Gaga’s control, “ARTPOP” received a proper announcement.

then again, Gaga’s manager told Billboard not too long ago her next pop record isn’t due until 2016.

RedOne recently said, “We took a little break from each other and now it feels like we are in a good place, both of us. She did her thing, I did my thing, and it feels like we’re back on track together. With Gaga, I’m fully committed until we’re done – we’re just going to work on writing songs – 20, 30, 40 songs – until we get hopefully the best album of the decade.”
