“This is for my father’s late sister, Joanne,” she said before the performance. “This is for love and compassion even when you can’t understand.”

Lady Gaga’s performances of “Joanne” and “Million Reasons” at the 60th Grammys will melt your heart.
Gaga performed the piano version of “Joanne” for the first time ever at the Grammys on Sunday (Jan. 28). She also sang a tender rendition of “Million Reasons” with help from Mark Ronson.
The pop star dedicated the award to her aunt Joanne, who passed away as a teenager from complications of lupus.
“This is for my father’s late sister, Joanne,” she said before the performance. “This is for love and compassion even when you can’t understand.”
I’m crying.
