Lady Gaga’s “Shallow” Wins Best Original Song At The Golden Globes

Lady Gaga wins big at the Golden Globes.

Dressed in a dream blue gown with hair to match, Lady Gaga accepts the award for Best Original Song for A Star Is Born standout track, “Shallow,” at the 2019 Golden Globes.

Taylor Swift presented Gaga with the award, who fought back tears upon winning. She was joined by the song’s co-writers Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando, and Mark Ronson.

“I just have to say, as a woman in music, it is really hard to be taken seriously as a musician and a songwriter. These three incredible men… they lifted me up and supported me,” Gaga said. “Bradley, I love you.”

Ronson also gave Cooper a shout-out. “Thank you, Bradley Cooper. You took our heartfelt honest tune and you gave it emotional resonance,” he said.

“Shallow” faced steep competition, including “All the Stars” from Black Panther, “Requiem for a Private War” from A Private War, “Revelation” from Boy Erased and “Girl in the Movies” from Dumplin’.
