Surprise! Lady Gaga turned up at New York City’s Gramercy Park Hotel for an unannounced performance.

Gaga has been hard at work on a followup to Joanne, but the pop star returned to form on Thursday (May 24) when she popped up for a surprise performance, her first since ending the Joanne World Tour due to complications with severe pain caused by fibromyalgia.

What did Gaga treat the unsuspecting audience to? The pop star covered a few jazz standards. She was joined by her Cheek To Cheek buddy, Brian Newman.
