Kylie Minogue is a golden goddess in the cover art for her new album.

The pop star’s lead single, “Dancing,” leaked last weekend, but was officially aired on the radio today (Jan. 18) ahead of its digital release in a few hours.

While I continue to wrap my head around the Joanne-inspired era, Minogue opened up to BBC 2 Radio about the record. She says most of the record was created in Nashville, Tennessee, and says “Dancing” is about feeling liberated.

Kylie also mentions the challenges she’s currently facing with bringing the record to life on tour. Don’t worry, she promises there will be no singing on a bale of hay.

Listen to the interview below and peep the cover up top.

  1. OMG! I think overall the album cover is kind of boring BUT her attitude in the picture is EVERYTHING! I do not like the “Kylie” font, though. However, and this is a fact (take notes): Kylie Minogue has the finest graphic design in the history of pop music. Worldwide. Ever. It’s just flawless. So basically I’m just being impatient, I’m sure when I have the album on my hands (yes, I still buy CDs and I don’t know how music fans don’t!) it’ll make sense and look great!

PS: the album drops in APRIL? Girl………………………
