***** we going out tonight.

Kesha’s paying homage to her Animal roots, and we’re #living for it. Her new album, High Road, out January 31, features electro-tinged tunes that’ll remind you of her earlier works.

Ahead of the album’s premiere, Kesha is teasing the new works. She showed off “*****,” featuring her old pop persona, Ke$ha, and it’s a monstrous bop. Ditto for “Tonight,” another cut from the forthcoming record. The studio version is out now.

Kesha unapologetically previewed the new song at an album listening party, and it sounds like a fierce club banger.

The beginning starts as a red cup clinking anthem before it blasts into a full blown CABZ ARE HERE party banger.

‘Tonight’s the best night of our night lives / can you feel it? I can feel it,” she sings over a stomping piano melody. Eventually the throttle kicks in. “***** we going out tonight.”

The full song premieres on Tuesday (Jan 28).

  1. The song is kinda all over the place, and all I can hear at the beginning is autotune, but you can tell that’s she’s feeling great and having fun, which is Kesha’s essence basically! So I’m very happy that she’s recovering from such hard times. Do you remember her back then? So depressed and bloated and numb and slow and almost liveless… And look at her now! Amazing resilience.
