EARLIER // JUNE 24:
2016 has been a weird year.
And it looks like the music video event of the year is about to summarise for future generations just how strange things got.
Kanye West has livestreamed his massively controversial ‘Famous’ video at a Tidal event in Los Angeles tonight and, well, you’re gonna be hearing about this one for a while.
As Swift’s image takes a nasty hit, with most people flat out refusing to believe her relationship with Tom Hiddleston is nothing but poorly thrown together PR, and ex Calvin Harris now accusing her of controlling how their break-up was handled within the media, things probably aren’t about to get any less messed up, as videos taken at the event reveal Kanye’s video features naked lookalikes of every headline-grabber of the past few years: Swift, Kardashian, Ray J, Chris Brown, Rihanna, Kanye’s ex Amber Rose, Caitlyn Jenner, Bill Cosby, Anna Wintour, George Bush and Donald Trump.
Here’s two NSFW looks at the bizarre video:

The song caused worldwide outrage with the lyrics “Me and Taylor might still have ***/I made that ***** famous”, which Taylor Swift used her Album of the Year Grammy award speech to address. Almost immediately, however, reports surfaced that Swift was helping orchestrate the controversy behind the scenes. Just in time for the video premiere, Mrs Yeezy, Kim Kardashian, again accused Taylor of playing the victim, saying she was even recorded agreeing to the lyrics.
