The rumors were true!

One Direction star Louis Tomlinson and “The Way I Are” singer Bebe Rexha have finally confirmed they have a new single coming out, for Louis’s solo album. The pair took to social media to announce the news to delighted fans, who sent #BackToYou straight to the top of Twitter’s trending topics.

The duo shot the music video in Louis’s hometown of Doncaster last month. The single is produced by Digital Farm Animals, a British DJ you may recall produced “Digital Love”, which features Hailee Steinfield on vocals, earlier this year. Louis previously released “Just Hold On” with super producer DJ Steve Aoki, in December 2016. The single went on to garner over 200 million Spotify streams and debuted at #2 in the UK.

No word on a release date for Back To You just yet!

Last month, Bebe Rexha released part I of her All Your Fault album. It features collaborations from Ty Dolla $ign and G-Eazy, the latter of which got a proper music video. She also shared a remix EP for the project’s lead single, “I Got You.” In between the lull of dual-releases, Rexha stopped by The J Show in the CBS Radio Culinary Kitchen in Chicago and hinted at another star-studded collaboration on Part II. She wouldn’t admit who, but the “Small Doses” singer revealed she recorded a song with “somebody really big from a boyband.”

The hosts pushed Rexha for more info, but she digressed. However, her fans were one step ahead. They noted Rexha and her manager began following Louis Tomlinson on Instagram and Twitter recently. The former One Direction member also followed back. That’s not a confirmation, but where there’s smoke… there’s followers!

Part II of All Your Fault drops next month.
