Harry Styles pulls a Mariah.
Zayn is one of the best male pop stars in the game right now. Sure, he’s said a few choice things in the past about his former bandmates, but that doesn’t give Harry Styles free reign to take digs on national television.
During his opening monologue on Saturday Night Live, Styles gave a shout-out to his 1D brothers, but instead of listing Zayn, he named Ringo. As in, Ringo Starr from The Beatles. Like Zayn, Ringo was the first member to leave the group.
“Now, I don’t know if you’ve heard, but I’m not in a boy band anymore,” Styles said in his monologue. “I’m in a man band now. I was in a band called One Direction. How crazy would it be if they were here tonight? Well, they’re not here. How crazy would be if they were, though? I know. I love those guys. They’re my brothers. Niall, Louis, Liam and uh…Ringo! Yeah, that’s it.”
Zayn just released a new song titled “Flames” with R3HAB and Jungleboi, and it’s fire.
