Rihanna tops the charts this week, but early predictions claim Gwen Stefani will replace her.

Rihanna will find out what Gwen Stefani’s truth feels like…

Rihanna’s recent ANTi release reclaimed the top spot at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 this week for the second time since it debuted, selling 54,000 equivalent album units (17,000 were in pure album sales, the rest were track and streaming equivalent albums). It marks the first time the “Needed Me” singer has spent more than one week at No. 1 with an album, but it won’t last long…

Gwen Stefani – “This Is What The Truth Feels Like” First Listen Review

Stefani ranted in interviews ahead of the album’s release that a stream of creativity poured out in the studio after facing bland reaction from the general public over her Pharrell-crafted songs in 2014. She claimed in separate interviews had she not made this album after her divorce from Gavin Rossdale, she might’ve died. Her near death experience paid off. According to early predictions from Hits Daily Double, Gwen Stefani’s new album, This Is What The Truth Feels Like, released last Friday (March 18), will debut atop the charts next week. They claim she’ll sell around 68-73k pure album sales or 73-78k that includes streaming, forcing Rihanna off the top spot.

To put things into perspective, Gwen’s 2004 record, Love. Angel. Music. Baby., opened with 309,000 copies and only peaked at No. 5.

Rounding out this week’s top 5 is Adele’s 25 at No. 2, Justin Bieber’s Purpose at No. 3, Joey + Rory’s Hymns at No. 4 and Kendrick Lamar’s Untitled Unmastered falls 1-5.

Gwen gave us a narrative to chew on while we listened to Truth, and it tasted too good.
