Giorgio Mordoer’s Déjà Vu Gets A Remix From Salute
Check out the re-worked album title track.
Giorgio Moroder shared a dope Déjà Vu remix by Salute.
The disco super producer releases his new record Déjà Vu in just a few short days (June 12), and in addition to hearing a handful of the record’s songs already, including “Back And Forth” featuring Kelis, “Wildstar,” “I Do This For You,” “Diamonds” featuring Charli XCX, “Tempted” with Matthew Koma, “Don’t Let Go” ft Mikky Ekko, “Right Here, Right Now” alongside Kylie Minogue, “Tom’s Diner” with Britney Spears and the original version of Déjà Vu featuring Sia, we now have a sick remix for the latter (and listen to his new megamix here).
The smooth new reworking gives us CL & Diplo “Doctor Pepper” teas due to the tongue clicking, but with programming beeps and an original synthy twist. The new production highlights Sia’s beautiful vocal performance with the aaahs and ooohs she’s famous for, while adding a dreamy ’80s vibe (unless it doesn’t, but that’s all we can hear nowadays).
