  1. Hey guys, I wanted to share my personal workout playlist with you. I started it a number of years ago and periodically add songs to it. It's pretty wide-reaching. There's Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Rob Zombie, Rihanna, the Mortal Kombat theme song... it's wild and should definitely fire you up to better yourself. Feel free to jam out to it. Also, if you have any suggestions you'd like for me to add... I'm always wanting to add more music. If I add a song to it I'll post it in the comments. Would love to keep this thread going and see how it evolves. It's called the YOLO WADMIX because YOLO is my nickname at my CrossFit gym. When I first started CrossFit 6 years ago everything was so new, so when I went to try something I would feel nervous and just say YOLOOOOO to psych myself up. WADMIX is because the gym is named WADBOD. Around 600 songs currently. Drop any suggestions in the comments!
  2. Ur suggestion for workout songs, not playlists. Post youtube links to chk them out. Something upbeat progressive beat not monotonous .. keep in mind jogging squats and HIIT WORKOUTS ...
  3. Just recently I started to think more about how incredible good she's doing and that she's such a healthy fitness - inspiration. It makes me proud and ofc also amazed by how dedicated she is to working out again and just living a happy and healthy lifestyle. Healthier in many ways than ever it seems, I would say. TODAY, 2017 - being in such INCREDIBLE shape, looking smashing and just being a happy Britney with her career at a really good high. and doing so good with family and relationships, she deserves a new covershoot and article or interview in a Fitness or lifestyle magazine again. I even though of leaving a comment of that to one or two major ones, wishing for them to reach out to her. She should be an inspiration for SO many out there and she truly deserves it. Meanwhile, look back at this Womens Health - shoot from 2015. How cute isn't she there in the beginning?!
