  1. Hey Exhale, I did a little Q&A recently and decided to upload it to YouTube. I recently ~revealed~ I was launching a YouTube channel soon. This video is a week or so old so it's not part of my new thing, but still felt like sharing any way 🙏 The questions were asked on Instagram (@breatheheavy) and I answered there. I touch on Britney of course, pop music and low-key dealing with social anxiety some times I plan on doing more of these in the near future so stay tuned! Would love to hear your thoughts on this. 2. She was so obsessed with Britney that she tuned into Showtime like the rest of us! 4:40 Her jealousy caught on film
  3. Beyoncé writes, directs, and executive produces the new work created by Parkwood Entertainment, in association with Disney+. Based on the music of “The Lion King: The Gift,” and starring the album’s featured artists and some special guest appearances, BLACK IS KINGis a celebratory memoir for the world on the Black experience. Videos for “My Power,” “Mood 4 Eva,” and “Brown Skin Girl” are extravagances of elegance and soul. The film is a story for the ages that informs and rebuilds the present. A reunion of cultures and shared generational beliefs. A story of how the people left most broken have an extraordinary gift and a purposeful future. This visual album from Beyoncé reimagines the lessons of “The Lion King” for today’s young kings and queens in search of their own crowns. The film was in production for one year with a cast and crew that represent diversity and connectivity. The voyages of Black families, throughout time, are honored in a tale about a young king’s transcendent journey through betrayal, love and self-identity. His ancestors help guide him toward his destiny, and with his father’s teachings and guidance from his childhood love, he earns the virtues needed to reclaim his home and throne. These timeless lessons are revealed and reflected through Black voices of today, now sitting in their own power. BLACK IS KING is an affirmation of a grand purpose, with lush visuals that celebrate Black resilience and culture. The film highlights the beauty of tradition and Black excellence.
  4. Recently I've been watching Britney's videography and got some new thoughts about Hold It Against Me. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-Edv8Onsrgg The white dress and tv screens represent her personal and professional life respectively. Then, we can see her fall when she destroys everything and a comeback. During the last chorus she's on stage doing her thing which can be seen as a comeback as an artist and a performer. But at the same time she's wearing black leather outfit. Does that mean that her personal life was dead at the time? All this drama about conservatorship ans stuff got me really sad lately I've always loved HIAM video and its massege but now I feel we've missed some clues she's been trying to show us for all of this time. What do you guys think? I could be reaching because I was also a little drunk watching all of these videos
  5. I really was excited, cuz I thought she will sing Better!
  6. (p.s. they change the thumbnail, I don’t like it) I didn’t know about this, did y’all? Cause I’m slow sometimes I was looking at Gimme More when I saw the 4 versions of Gimme More and decided to check it out. I looked at it closely and I’m quaking (cause sis can pole dance better. jk jk) The official one on Britney channel is not the same as the other two versions that are “officially released” its like the one on Brits channel is a recut of the first 2 on top of the “Gimme More (4 versions)” So now there’s officially 6 versions. The Britney channel one, Jive official release, other that shows a bit more skin that’s still is Jive I think idk, the one where Britney covers her breast with her arms and sometimes doesn’t, the funeral version, and the unreleased one with Jive cut. Idk sorry if it’s long or confusing or boring or whatever I thought I could share this with y’all

  9. Which one of Brit’s album cuts do you think deserved a video but never got the chance to shine? I have so many but the one that drives me insane is “Inside Out”. I can see Brit looking super hot in some fancy bedroom, waiting for her hot, soon to be ex to come “give her something to remember”. So, what do y’all think? What other potential Brit vids were we robbed of? What do you envision them to look like?
  10. Some of you requested me to do this, so I made this "definitive" version of MM. What will you find? A video combining the 3 different versions of MM in order to give the recent filtered version a little more meaning. It’s basically a music video that shows how it was shot, that's the plot. What won’t you find? - G-Eazy, since in both the official and the original versions, his appearances make no sense, don't fit very well. - The scenes inside the house were removed, except those inside the cage (because i like them). These scenes that I have not included, could (in my imagination) be used for another "single" as if it were a continuation of MM, after she left the recording studio along with one of her dancers; and this is where the second video would start. In this way, such scenes could be given greater meaning. (Maybe "Invitation", "Do You Wanna Come Over?"). For obvious reasons, I will not post the video on my YouTube channel, otherwise I will upload it to VIMEO. I don’t know how long it’ll stay online, but it’s worth a shot. I am also not allowed to give you the direct link of the video, so I will only give you the link of my VIMEO profile, so you can find it more easily: https://vimeo.com/luminousproductions Hurry, watch the video before it gets deleted and then come back here to give me a comment on it. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- UPDATE: Well my video is officially deleted from my Vimeo so, i will PM it to those who asked me for it!.
  11. Brian Friedman posted on Facebook. She looks good! So sad she had another breakdown during the FF era.
  12. hey everyone, How are yall doing ? i hope you are all safe in your homes. I have been to couple concerts of piece of me and the tour, and i decided to share with you guys all the videos i have in my archive. I will be posting one per week . Enjoy it!
  13. I love this old Britney vibes on this performance... she was glowing honestly
  14. It leaked! Edited by @breatheheavy: We have to remove the download links because of copyright. Sorry about that.
  15. So detailed and talkative... and obviously beautiful. We all change as we age, but now I finally understand the "clone" jokes.... Britney doesn’t even look or act half the woman she used to be, physically and mentally. Thank God (and maybe her family during the first years of the conservatorship?) she was able to bounce back from 2007 but she has never been the same since. Her confidence, energy and aura on stage are truly missed... She's an iconic, larger than life performer that deserves nothing but respect. May she come back some day...
  16. The reason I'm making this thread here is because you can't make new threads in the Britney section, but you can in the Random section! So, I recently made a thread about this on new Exhale. I don't feel like writing about this all over again, so I'll just copy-paste what I said there. hayu. is a YouTube channel which seems to mostly focus on reality TV-based content. I only encountered them today, after this video showed up on my front page. It’s a very short, 5-minute-long summary of Britney’s 2007 struggles. In case some of y’all are unable to or don’t have time to watch the video, here are some key points made in it: Fame can lead celebrities to bizarre, aggressive behaviour (examples provided include Björk, Roseanne Barr, and Shia LaBeouf) As Britney became more famous, her mental struggles became more apparent (relevant quotes: “In 2007, the pressures of fame lead Britney Spears to a breaking point”, “What we’ve gotta remember is, yes, the fame is intensifying things, but the issues were already there, it’s just now come to a boiling point and it explodes”) The reason for the previously-mentioned bizarre behaviour is often a result of mental illness, and Britney is no exception (in Britney’s case, it’s "severe bipolar disorder") The video presents a pro-conservatorship narrative (relevant quotes: “She is only alive today because she was put on a conservatorship that her father assumed”, “Fame may have lead Britney over the edge, but under her conservatorship, she bounced back”) Some problems that I have with this video are, first things first, the pro-conservatorship narrative. We already know very well that this c-ship is very shady and should be dissolved (I think there’s a thread about it on here and for those who come from old Exhale, I’m sure you remember the massive and iconic thread about it). Next up, when dr. Drew Pinsky, an addiction specialist talks about how Britney’s struggles were born out of bipolar disorder, a headline is presented on screen. This headline states “Britney Spears Appears in Los Angeles Court to Address Conservatorship”. Below that, “The singer was spotted exiting the proceedings barefoot”. The problem that I have with this is that it seems like this is presented as evidence that Britney is not doing well, but really? Someone walking outside barefoot is evidence? Finally, the biggest problem I have with this video is that after the quote I already mentioned (the one about how “She’s only alive because the c-ship exists”), a clip of Britney in what seems to be a 2013 interview plays. In it, she says that performing on stage allows her to become a different character and release all the angst she has. I’m assuming this is presented as a clip of Britney supporting the c-ship’s existence, but performing on stage is in no way related to that. She doesn’t need a c-ship to perform on stage. It’s not related to the video’s subject and, to me at least, seems like nothing more than an attempt at manipulating the audience. Anyway, what do you think of this video? New info: I like how there are many people in the comment section saying #FREEBRITNEY. Also, for those who have been around here back when I started or longer, there is one person in the comment section who you might recognize...
  17. Hi guys! I made a mashup of the 2010s using the Hold it against me instrumental! Hope you guys like it! If you do, it would really help if you could share it and or like the video :) https://youtu.be/frTPUmPU72w
  18. So MTV news channel uploaded this video, very fun to watch, I was surprised to see so many parts I've never seen before One for example, that interviewer asking her (few days before 2001 VMAs I assume) how on the Earth is she going to top last year's performance; little did he know... P. S. Happy Bday Britney!
