  1. The princess of Latin pop Anitta dropped a new song with the queen Cardi B and the rapper Myke Towers, titled "Me Gusta." The song brings a mix of 2 Brazilian genres sang in English and Spanish by both artists. Cardi's feature was a surprise even for Anitta, who had recorded a song with her in the last year but it got scrapped due to the pandemic. The music video was recorded in Salvador, Brazil, the same place that Michael Jackson shot "They Don't Care About Us," and will bring a fashion show featuring plus size models and drag queens with all of the artists being present on it. "Me Gusta" is the first official single from Anitta's new album, "Girl From Rio", her career's biggest next move as a representative of Brazilian music around the world.
  2. What do you get when you have Megan + Cardi + Britney 3P of course I found this remix on YouTube from last week, but haven't seen anyone post about it. What do you guys think about it?
  3. Hey gurls so, Anitta is a Brazilian singer and she’s already done some collabs with Madonna, Maluma, J Balvin, Iggy azalea, snoop dog and a few others. today she released her new MV and I’m dying for the fashion and I’m here to give u guys 5 reasons to watch it. 1. Anitta shot the video b4 the pandemics in front a church in Bahia and she brought several trans women and drags with different colours that represent the gay flag. The northeastern states in Brazil have high numbers when it comes to trans women abuse 2- Cardi was added last minute by Ryan Tedder as a surprise to Anitta (they have more songs to come). The added her perfectly to the scenes (Madonna better learn after that Nicky minaj cameo on a TV screen in ***** I’m Madonna) 3- the FASHION, Oh the ELEGANZA EXTRAVAGANZA 4- the music talks about female empowerment 5- they are set to perform at Jimmy fallon ❤️ Hope u guys like it you can watch the video at the link below
  4. The way Doja’s Bottom ***** is superior to Cardi’s whole discography, we love to see it. Make That Cake & Streets deserves more recognition. I also think she’s underrated compared to the reciter.
  5. Cardi B interviewed Joe Biden ahead of the Democratic National Convention. It's refreshing to see Biden come off as candid during his chat with Cardi, who just scored a #1 today with "WAP." It's also pretty genius marketing for him. "I just want answers," Cardi said. "I want to go back to my job." Cardi adds that she feels Trump lies to everyone and wants a timeline as to when things will go back to normal. Biden agrees. Check out the interview for Elle below. Thoughts, Exhale? Related:
  6. Cardi B continues to make money moves! She's the new face of Balenciaga. A Billboard is hanging on the outside of the Louvre in Paris, France! A work of art! Thots, Exhale?! Related:
  7. Cardi B wap felt like an adult version of Britney Spears Outrageous so here is a simple mashup
  8. In the newly-revealed back cover of BLACKPINK's upcoming album "The Album" (Oct. 2), the tracklist is revealed, and one of the songs "Bet You Wanna" features Cardi B. This is gonna be a smash hit!!!!! The album tracklist (not in particular order): How You Like That Love to Hate Me You Never Know Crazy Over You Lovesick Girls Ice Cream (feat. Selena Gomez) Bet You Wanna (feat. Cardi B) Pretty Savage
  9. The empress of New York, The queen of WAP, upsetting conservatives and Grammy award winner Cardi B has made history again. Her Grammy winning debut album Invasion of Privacy is now the longest running female rap album on the Billboard 200, breaking the record achieved by Nicki Minaj with her 2014 album The pink Print, which peaked at #2 and was Grammy nominated for best rap Album in 2017. Congrats Empress Cardi B.
  10. Update: Cardi B's "WAP", featuring Megan Thee Stallion is the first song to spend its first two weeks at No. 1 on the #Hot100 since Ariana Grande "7 Rings." The Top 10 this week: Earlier: Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's new song "WAP" debuts at #1 on the Hot 100. It earned and 125,000 downloads and 93 million U.S. streams, the most for a song in an opening week in history, according to Billboard. It is Cardi B's 4th #1 and Megan's 2nd. Early predictions also predicts it to stay at #1 for a 2nd week. Bardi Gang must be in full celebration mode now, but I'm here for female rappers winning this year. Related:
  11. Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's WAP stayed at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, making it the first #1 debut of 2020 to remain at #1 on the Hot 100 in its second week. Drake's "Laugh Now Cry Later," featuring Lil Durk debuted at #2, being blocked by WAP for the top spot.
  12. 2020 has had its share of downs, but "WAP" feels like a win (contrary belief to what some conservatives may think). Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion's record-breaking new song just hit #1. To celebrate, they shared a revealing new taken from the single cover shoot. Thots, Exhale??
  13. Tiger King's Carole Baskin lashed out at Cardi B for using large cats in her new music video for "WAP" alongside Megan Thee Stallion. “My guess is that most people won’t even see the Photoshopped cats in the scenes because the rest of it is so lurid,” Baskin said. “I was happy to see that it does appear to all be Photoshopped. It didn’t look like the cats were really in the rooms with the singers. In fact, probably most of the rooms were Photoshopped in via green screen.” Cardi B was asked about that. She calls Carole's comments "ridiculous." “I’m not gonna engage with Carole Baskin on that,” Cardi told i-D. “Like, that’s just ridiculous you know? Oh, Lord. Like, girl you killed your ****** husband.” Thoughts, Exhale? Related:
  14. Expect Cardi B's new album to have moments that'll stand the test of time. She says her next project will have "Lemonade moments." Obviously, she's referring to Beyonce's iconic visual album that broke barriers and pushed the artistic envelope. Speaking of the amount of hate she gets, Cardi said: “It’s like I have a target on my back, but it’s not because of my music. Because I haven’t done music for eight months, and people still try to attack me,” she says. “I feel like people are attacking me because they want me to feel the pressure of bullying, and they want me to give up, and they want me to say, ‘Oh, I quit music’ or ‘I’ll delete my Instagram, delete my Twitter,’ and I’m not willing to do that. No one will ever have that much power [over] me.” She then touches on the new tunes: “My music is always going to make a woman feel like a bad *****. When you make a woman feel like she’s the baddest ***** in the room, to me, that’s female empowerment,” she explains. “But this album is going to be really different. Of course, it’s going to have my Lemonade moments, my personal relationship moments.” Cardi is married to rapper Offset. Offset has admitted to cheating on Cardi, so it's likely her new music centers around (or at least touches on) this. Y'all ready for Cardi's Lemonade Related:
  15. Go to Twitter, "WAP" is trending whether remixed with the slammed Ben Shapiro commentary, or being praised. It's expected to top the Hot 100 next Monday, Cardi's fourth and Megan's second. But one fan base is calling out everybody for supporting this song. Cupcakke's fans are attacking and rightfully mad about the massive commercial success and support "WAP" is receiving. Most point out two things: Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion are not as heavy as Cupcakke and have the support of major labels and access to all types of platforms radio, MTV and streaming playlists, the way Cupcakke doesn't. They are saying it's kind of unfair given Cupcakke has been using the same subject as a heavy set woman, and had only a little support. Cupcakke fans are saying respect is finally due and needs to be given and acknowledge. Do you guys agree?
  16. Conservative commentator Ben Shapiro is dragged and read to filth by Black Twitter for censoring and White Splanning W.A.P. on his daily wire show. I say he actually earned it. As they always do for Splanning songs in old white text to make it easier to understand.
  17. Cardi B says she's starting an OnlyFans. She'll charge fans $4.99 for exclusive content, beginning with behind-the-scenes footage from the raunchy "WAP" music video. "Ok guys so now you can subscribe to my only fans! Yes I’ll be putting by BTS from WAP there ! And my day to day content. Also any rumors floating around.NO I WONT BE SHOWING PU*** , TI**IES AND *** .LINK IN BIO...It will be a place for only me and my fans." Thoughts, Exhale?
  18. Cardi B re-posted a meme going around of Britney dancing in one of the secret rooms featured in the new "WAP" music video. It's actually hilarious. Story link: https://www.instagram.com/stories/direct/2372839866540171567_1436859892
  19. Not sure if AP but this is HILARIOUS! Britney SLAYS in WAP https://instagram.com/stories/iamcardib/2372839866540171567?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igshid=12qlt1cc8oxv0 https://instagram.com/stories/iamcardib/2372839866540171567?utm_source=ig_story_item_share&igshid=12qlt1cc8oxv0 Not sure if this goes directly to it. I also have it screen recorded but don't know how to link it smh 🤦🏽‍♂️ But check it out on Cardi B's story! It's also on my Twitter @ChaosMoogle Living for Cardi stanning!
  20. Cardi B could've thrown shade at Nicki Minaj, but she kept it classy. In a new interview with Apple Music, Cardi B recalls a time when there was just one rap queen making waves. She doesn't mention Nicki by name, but many assume that's who she's referring to when she said: "Then there was this one female rapper who came out and was dominating for a very long time and she still is dominating.” It's worth mentioning that both Cardi and Nicki's fans have been fighting on the Internet following her "WAP" music video with Megan Thee Stallion, which featured cameo from Normani. Both Megan and Normani have worked with Nicki, so you know how stan wars go... apparently there's not enough room for people to work with more than one person. Le sigh... I'm glad Cardi showed praise, because I see not a single lie. Stream "WAP." Related:
  21. Cardi B and Megan Thee Stallion just dropped their NSFL music video for "WAP." It's pure s e x. At times, the two rap queens slink around in barely-there outfits. Elsewhere, they rock expensive fashion. The entire music video is a visual feast, and their bars did not disappoint. There's also a couple of special guest appearances. Cardi and Megan get a peak inside a few of the luxurious rooms set inside an million-dollar mansion, spotting Kylie Jenner, Rosalía and Normani. Give it a play below. 22. Just like that. Both had to issue an apology after being called out for using the street slang term "Bottom feeder".. In my days. Bottom feeder meant poor and lower class. My 30 years later. The terms change and take on a sexual meaning..
  23. Anitta is coming with fire in her eyes for the international market! After 5 Latin GRAMMYs nominations and being praised by Madonna, Snoop Dogg and J Balvin for her work on pop, urban and latin music, the "Girl From Rio" is preparing her first album with a new label, Warner Records, and it promises to be her biggest move till the date. Since she signed with Brandon Silverstein and S10 (Normani and Bazzi's managers), the Brazilian supreme star is taking all of the steps for a U.S debut, including a big project produced by Ryan Tedder (yes, that Ryan Tedder) and a solo concert at Coachella's main stage, that was delayed due to COVID-19 pandemic. But she's here to serve and it didn't stop her, as her lead single, the feminist anthem "Me Gusta", is confirmed for August. Let's check what else she has on hands for us: - The lead-single, "Me Gusta": Registered in the beginning of the year and with its music video recorded in February in Salvador, the same Brazilian city that Michael Jackson recorded the iconic "They Don't Care About Us", this bop will bring a mix of two genres (Brazilian funk+Pagodão baiano) in spanglish, being her most risky single ever. The song talks about female empowerment and already has a snippet going on the internet. The music video will bring a fashion show produced by Nicola Formichetti, who worked on Lady Gaga's Haus Labs. She also confirmed that her team is waiting the pandemic to set down for recording the music videos for the next singles. - The album, "Girl From Rio": Anitta teased this name as a song confirmed on the album (in reference to the iconic Brazilian 60s smash "The Girl From Ipanema") and her favorite possible title, matching with the theme she wants for it, female empowerment and her childhood's stories. She promises to bring all the Carnival vibes for a pop record, with tons of Brazilian tastes, as baile funk, samba and bossa nova, defining it as her best work ever and the one she has more proud of. You must have seen some rumors about some artists like Miley Cyrus, ROSALÍA and Nicki Minaj joining her for it, but, in fact, she said that probably there will be only 2 collabs, "Me Gusta" and "Tócame". The good news are that she confirmed a song ready to be released with Cardi B and others with "huge female singers". Besides that, she has an A+ List team working with her for the LP. We already have names like Ryan Tedder, Pharrell Williams, Sam Smith, The Monsters and Strangerz, Stargate, Sky Rompiendo and The Stereotypes. The Brazilian flavor is in the hands of Papatinho, ÀTTØØXXÁ and Tropkillaz. If you want to get to know more about the Brazilian icon, watch her doc series on Netflix, "Vai Anitta" and keep your eyes on her next songs!
