Which dance-pop song do you like more? Don't get me wrong I love Rain On Me, I think it's one of the best collaborations ever, everything about it is iconic, the song and the music video are great, their voices mixed together perfectly BUT I think Rain Over Me sounds better - I just love early 2010s dance pop songs What about you?

On February 11, 2011, Lady Gaga released Born This Way, the lead single off her second (third?) studio album of the same name. It was written by Lady Gaga herself and Jeppe Laursen, which co-produced the track along with Fernando Garibay and DJ White Shadow. It went #1 on the BBH100, Dance Club Songs, Mainstream Top 40 and Dance/Mix Show Airplay chart, as well as more than 25 international charts, and reached Top 10 in another handful. Madonna wasn't particularly thrilled about the song, because of the similarities to her 1989 hit Express Yourself saying in one interview: "When I heard ['Born This Way'] on the radio ... I said, 'that sounds very familiar' ... It felt reductive." and on another one: "I thought, 'What a wonderful way to redo my song'. I mean, I recognized the chord changes. I thought it was... interesting." In 2012 she did a mashup of the songs for her MDNA Tour. Nick Knight directed the music video for Born This Way, which was released on February 28

Hey Exhale, so this video is coming out at a pretty weird time considering the tragedy going on in Gaga's life right now. I actually wasn't sure if I should post it (which btw has been scheduled for today for a few weeks, I actually went back into the video to edit in a blurb about her poor doggos.) Hopefully it'll bring a little comedy to Little Monsters. My heart legit hurts for Gaga. In the video, I track track down a pack of Gaga's Chromatica Oreos (they were hard to find in Vegas let me tell you), unpackaged and eat them. On camera. It's a low-key messy video but I wanted to feel like Trisha Paytas for a day. And I mean that in the best way. She's hilarious and legit thriving. Have YOU tried these cookies? Looking forward to hearing what you think of this.

UPDATE: Gaga’s dogs have been found! “A woman brought the dogs to the LAPD’s Olympic Community Police Station, just northwest of downtown, around 6 p.m, said Capt. Jonathan Tippet, commanding officer of the department’s elite Robbery-Homicide Division. Lady Gaga’s representative and detectives went to the station and confirmed that they were the dogs, Tippet said. The singer is currently in Rome to film a movie. The woman who dropped off the dogs appears to be “”uninvolved and unassociated” with Wednesday night’s attack, Tippet said.” Esrlier: Lady Gaga's dog walker was reportedly targeted by thieves in Hollywood Wednesday night around 10 pm, TMZ reports. The man was shot and the gunmen stole her two French bulldogs named Koji, and Gustav. Gaga is offering $500,000 for the return of her dogs, "no questions asked." The dog walker is expected to fully recover. Gaga is currently in Rome filming a new movie. Anyone who has the dogs can use this email -- [email protected] -- to retrieve the reward. I feel really sorry for Gaga, her dogs, and her good friend. She's gone through a lot, and 2021 is only beginning.

Gaga has a lot of unreleased music. A lot are from before The Fame, and during The Fame era, but there are also fan classics that were popular from the TFM, BTW, and ARTPOP eras. What are your top 5 songs from Gaga's unreleased discography? Mine are... 1. Nothing On (But The Radio) 2. Fooled Me Again (Honest Eyes) 3. No Way 4. Second Time Around 5. Earthquake

I recently made a video about my interview with Lady Gaga during the Cheek To Cheek era. You could tell how much she genuinely loves Tony Bennett. I had a sneaking suspicion they were making a second jazz album together, but I didn't anticipate the announcement would be coupled with some sad news: Mr. Bennett was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. There's a new article on AARP about it. Below is an excerpt: Honestly, this legit breaks my heart. 😢 Related:

On February 1st, 2014, Lady Gaga attended the seventh concert of Britney's Las Vegas residency, Britney: Piece of Me. At 6:49 Gaga tweeted to be on her way to see the show, to which Britney replied by asking her to meet her backstage before the show started. At the end of the show, Lady Gaga tossed some flowers on stage before leaving and Britney blew her a kiss. Gaga also revealed James Spears gave them homemade BBQ #Iconic #FreakLikeMe

Shania Twain shared nothing but praise for Lady Gaga. In a new interview with Billboard, Shania called Lady Gaga "the most unique, I think, music talents of this generation," before pondering, I wonder what kind of dream she has at night. She does so many unusual, remarkable, artistic, unexpected things in her videos, in her live performances, her art direction, her fashion. One thing that stays consistent though, is her voice." She added: "Then she gets an acting role, starring role, in what would be a huge success, not only as an actress, but as a singer songwriter," Shania continued. "A Star Is Born was a huge box office hit and Lady Gaga won the Oscar for best original song for 'Shallow.' This is a classic. This song will be around in generations to come. No doubt." The way she spilt It sounds like what a stan or a publicist would say Do we agree with Miss Shania y'all?

This warms my heart. Lady Gaga gave Australia a little shout-out for handling the pandemic exceedingly well. So well that the gays can party in the club and dance to Chromatica. We all know she literally made Chromatica so gays can bop in the club, so this is super fun to see it finally happening. Exhale, are you partying to Chromatica yet? Or are you still in lockdown? Sound off. Related:

I interviewed Lady Gaga! (New BreatheHeavy Video!)
Jordan Miller posted a topic in Music Discussions
To celebrate Lady Gaga singing the National Anthem at the Biden-Harris Inauguration on Wednesday, and because I was disheartened at some of the comments in Exhale's Gaga x Higher Ground Award thread, I decided to create a video taking a trip down memory lane. I interviewed Gaga when she and Tony Bennett released their #1 jazz album, 'Cheek To Cheek.' In this video, I open up about how the interview happened, what it was like meeting her and include the entire interview for you to listen to. It's super fun to hear Gaga's voice say "breatheheavy.com" I asked Gaga where she sees herself in five years (fun fact, it's been five years since the interview), what she considers success and if the rumor about a collaboration with Britney Spears was actually happening. Her answers might surprise you! Exhale, I'd love for you to give this a watch. It's a super fun convo we had together and I'm very grateful to have had this opportunity. Hopefully there's a followup one day Let me know what you think! And as always, any love you can show the video would be greatly appreciated!!
