  1. Considering how long cascada song has been out still a better song than fun tonight
  2. Chromatica is hands down Lady GaGa’s WORST album (and I hated Joanne...so that’s saying something). The songs are all over the place, yet all sound the same...the album should be called oxymoronica. (For the record, I am a GaGa fan, but no longer a stan like I was during TFM). Most of the production on Chromatica sounds dated and would’ve been current circa 2013-2016 when the skrillex (Where are you now) type sound was all over the radio. On Chromatica, it just comes off as dated. Also, as beautiful as Lady Gaga’s voice is, I think she spends most of the album screaming at us rather than giving us harmonies. Another thing that kills the album are the 3 unnecessary interludes. Nobody asked for that and nobody is listening to them. “Stupid Love” was a terrible song and a terrible choice for the lead single (I’m disappointed Max Martin even had a part in that 💩). The writing on most of the songs is terrible. If Britney Jean Spears released “sour candy” as a solo single, exhale would’ve dragged her to the depths of hell. If Selena Gomez or Katy Perry released “plastic doll” or “911”, exhale would’ve dragged them to the depths of hell. Most of the songs on this album are terrible, but because it’s GaGa, nobody is saying it. Everyone hated “artpop”, but that album was FAR better than Chromatica. The writing on artpop was creative. Everything on Chromatica sounds like “a, b, c, 1, 2, 3”. Now, in a plot twist, “Rain on Me” is one of the best songs she’s ever released. I think her voice sounds gorgeous on the track (this is the only song where she isn’t screaming), I think the writing is creative, and I think the video is stunning. I also like “1000 doves” 🕊 In conclusion, I want more “rain on me” and less “sour candy”. Does anyone think Chromatica is her best work?
  3. Gaga is on another level when it comes to creatively writing emotional but fun pop music and she also uses great word play. So many #Chromatica songs are relatable to Britney. Alice, Free Women, Fun Tonight, 911, Plastic Doll, (imagine a video with a Lucky continuation) Replay, even Babylon. Then you add Danja who is a master at putting raw emotion into his production. I’d be here for other writers and producers but I’d die if they were executive producers alongside Brit. She needs creatives with depth for B10. I can’t begin to imagine the slayage of these three working together. One can wish.
  4. Lady Gaga's "Alice" is a low sampling of Madonna's "Nothing Really Matters" in my opinion. Give both a listen and see the similarities:
  5. I'm not crying you're crying. Lady Gaga wished Ariana Grande a happy birthday today. The little legend turned 27-years-old today. "For going on a voyage with me that at some point we thought we’d never see," Gaga said. "So many laughs, so many tears...for so many years. And then...friendship. I love you gurl. Happy Birthday from bottom of our broken and healed hearts💜 you’re a fighter, through every storm." Super cute Related:
  6. Lady Gaga's #Chromatica Ball tour is rescheduled to summer 2021. She'll kick things off July 25 in Paris before making her way to London on the 30th. On August 7th, Gaga will perform in Boston, followed by shows in Toronto, New Jersey and Chicago. Check out the dates below. Exhalers, do you plan on going?!
  7. In line of what's probably gonna be cancelled the summer brief 3 city tour, Gaga is making Chromatica into a Visual film, which From hearing the album. It just makes sense, it's an album that deserves a visual treatment the way it completely connects from one track to another. I'm here for it, Are you guys here For Chromatica: The Movie.
  8. Chromatica has proven to be a huge success, even with the very little promo it's recieving. The album is holding strong at #2 this week with 44,000 SPS units this week. Total units is at 382,000, if gaga keeps performing the way Chromatica is. She will be Gold in a few weeks. Platinum possibly by the end of Fall. We all Know Rain on me is dying fast on the hot 100, in my opinion Gaga and her team should focus more on the album, less on the singles. GAGA IS an album artist, and it's showing still. I kinda saw it this way, the way the whole album has no stops and it all easily cross fades across the 16 tracks. I'll be doing my part and ordering the milky clear vinyl tomorrow. Congrats gaga on the album's success.
  9. Lady Gaga and Paper magazine threw a #Chromatica fundrager tonight. Basically, fans jump on a Zoom and club it together at home. Proceeds went to the Marsha P. Johnson Institute. They defend and protect the human rights of Black transgender and gender non-conforming people. The live stream was low-key but lit Some Little Monsters were doing poppers. You down to rage, Exhale?
  10. Time to talk radio had a guest, Madonna Super fan Albie Andujar. Basically has nothing positive to say about her. Saying she hides behind being a victim, I'm being bullied and such horrible things. He also touched Do what U want how in 2013 Gaga praised R. KELLY, BUT IN 2019, changed her whole mind. @Jordan Miller @Roxxy They also touch the ****** incident from early 2010's.
  11. Lady Gaga posted a graphic with the quote "All music is black music." #BlackMusicMatters I think she's saying instead of genres like R&B and urban, it's just music. That all genres were inspired by black music. Thoughts?
  12. Continuing with my 80s theme, I bring you a PWL style remix of Rain On Me that's like Never Gonna Give You Up meets I Wanna Dance With Somebody. Something like that. Hope you enjoy! And they're back with an encore performance!
  13. The fact that this post even says it's 2020, you can't even ask Billie eilish or Ariana grande this question at all, But like people pointed out, nobody was like her when she first began, she had artists like Rihanna, Beyoncé and Katy Perry go to weird girl status during this era, Just look at Rated R era photos and you will see just how much she impacted the industry.
  14. Long time BreatheHeavy lurker, and mega Britney stan. Just wanted to take a moment to appreciate Lady Gaga and her absolutely mind blowing vocals on Fun Tonight. Her voice is the epitome of love, anger, heart break, passion, and happiness all at the same time. I can’t get enough of #Chromatica. That’s all. 😃
  15. #LadyGaga just released an animated lyric video for Sour Candy. The animation its pretty nice, it resemble some type of alien fairies exploring #Chromatica word. Do you like the video? Is Sour Candy the next official single?...
  16. Lady Gaga's new album #Chromatica is holding its own on the Billboard 200. It dropped one spot from 1-2 in its second week, and according to new predictions, will likely sit tight at #2 in its third week with 55-65k in sales plus streams (25-30k sales). What's most interesting is that her second and third-week sales are predicted to be near-identical, meaning she didn't lose any streams/sales week-to-week. That's a huge win for any artist. It's worth mentioning Joanne's third-week sales was around 28k sps. Here's a breakdown of the current sps: Lil Baby (Quality Control/Motown/Capitol) 65-75k, <1k Lady Gaga (Interscope) 55-65k, 25-30k DaBaby (SCMG/Interscope) 35-40k, <1k Drake (OVO/Republic) 35-40k, <1k Post Malone (Republic) 33-38k, ~1k Future (Freebandz/Epic) 32-37k, <1k Polo G (Columbia) 30-35k, <1k Lil Uzi Vert (Generation Now/Atlantic) 30-35k, <1k Gunna (Young Stoner Life) 30-35k, <1k The Weeknd (XO/Republic) 30-35k, 2-3k Bad Bunny (Rimas) 27-30k, 1-3k Harry Styles (Columbia) 25-28k, 3-5k Roddy Ricch (Bird Vision/Atlantic) 24-27k, <1k NCT 127 (SM/Caroline) 22-25k, 20-23k Chloe X Halle (Parkwood/Columbia) 22-25k, 4-6k Luke Combs - What You See (River House/Columbia Nashville) 20-23k, 1-3k Megan Thee Stallion (Atlantic) 19-22k, <1k Anuel AA (Read Hasta La Muerte) 19-22k, <1k Billie Eilish (Darkroom/Interscope) 19-22k, 3-5k Luke Combs - This One's (River House/Columbia Nashville) 19-22k, 1-4k
  17. Lady Gaga is getting praise on the Internet for generously tipping her server for some takeout. One tip was $500, the other $200. We been knew, but she's legendary and will save the economy. Update: She also gave her jacket to a fan that walked up to her. What a legend. Related:
  18. this supposed to be a lyric video so why in hell do we need a magnifying glass to read the lyrics
  19. If you play #Chromatica II then put Kylie Minogue's "Can't Get You Out Of My Head" after it sounds so fierce. #Chromatica
  20. https://www.change.org/p/boycott-fx-and-advertisers-for-hiring-lady-gaga-after-******-controversy In 2011 lady gaga was promting Born this way in Europe. As you see in the links photo. She is surrounded by men painted in ****** and in chains acting as slaves. But what nobody will actually tell you is her facial expressions is a dead give away. She's really uncomfortable and not really happy to be associated with this promotion at all.
  21. The #Chromatica universe continues its expansion into unexplored territory. According to the album's executive producer, BloodPop, Gaga's tracks she collaborated electronic producer SOPHIE on will eventually see the light of day. Sophie is responsible for Madonna’s “***** I’m Madonna,” Charli XCX’s Vroom Vroom EP and MØ’s “Night With You.” In 2018, SOPHIE released their debut album, Oil of Every Pearl’s Un-Insides. "We worked with SOPHIE very early on. [She was] the first collaborator of those sessions," BloodPop tells EW. "Those days were fun. We set up six microphones and recorded [Gaga's] Lamborghini exhaust, and SOPHIE cut it up into samples. [Though they didn't make the album], we still plan to finish those songs and present something special within the Chromatica universe." Honestly, I need EVERY Chromatica scrap available. This is one of my favorite Gaga albums ever. Maybe my #1, and I'm a #BornThisWay STAN, so that's saying something. They better not be playing. RELEASE the SOPHIE songs NOW Thoughts?!
  22. I get the fact that majority of pop music fans hate the Grammy winning album Cheek to Cheek by Tony Bennett and Lady Gaga. But if everybody understood what happened behind the scenes. You will be thankful for Tony Bennett. Given how she took it personal about the failure of Artpop, The critical and general public backlash. At the young age of 28. Gaga was really depressed at the point that she wanted to leave the music industry altogether. Hollywood altogether. She didn't like what she was going thru at all. But it Took legendary Jazz artist Tony Bennett to sit her down and say that she has a gift to offer this world. And if she was to retire. She was letting the naysayers and the haters win. He also says. Every female pop star has this happen to them. They hate seeing a woman succeed that eventually they just want to knock you off the pedestal you earned. You can't let them win. Especially with a God given gift.
  23. If anything in 2012 can be remembered in gay culture. Madonna vs. Elton John https://youtu.be/esEK2K9Uc5g Bottom line. Madonna won and Elton looked like a hater. Sadly still does.
