  1. Beyoncé just updated her official web wishing Britney a happy birthday. https://www.beyonce.com Related:
  2. Record labels are fundamentally in business to make money for itself, rather than for the best interests of the musician. Should Major Artists who have a big fan base or the money to promote themselves go Independent?

  4. The way Sharon Osbourne said. Everybody steals an idea in the Music industry from someone, isn't really a big idea. Carrie Ann inuba basically said Jlo didn't steal from Beyoncé and Beyoncé was basically inspired by the erotic night club in paris france called the crazy horse, how this kind of dancing went to Beyoncé is beyond me, Lap dances and exotic dances always existed even being drunk in love and Riding surfboards.
  5. Destiny's Child served quite a few hit singles, but which do you think are their best? I love Bug-a-boo, they really said "even if the Pope said he likes you too, I don't really care cause you're a bugaboo" I also love Girl it's so good

  7. Beyonce is reportedly readying a virtual concert in 2021. She is also working on a new album as well. A source tells The Sun: "Following the success she had with [2016 album] Lemonade, and the Disney film Black Is King, she started writing and recording feel-good tracks inspired by new artists like Dua Lipa and The Shindellas. She's ready to dance again," She wants fans to enjoy an event, but from the safety of their own home. That source continued: "She has made it clear she's prepared to pull out all the stops to make it a real spectacle."
  8. In a post to Instagram (a short video), she shared a clip of herself wearing a face mask with Biden and Harris’ joint logo on it. https://www.instagram.com/p/CHGPTnmnb2C/
  9. Beyonce is featured in the December issue of British Vogue is on newsstands on 6 November. Below are some highlights. On chart success versus cultural impact: "Owning my films, clothing lines, and masters is important to me. Your songs, your image and the way you conduct business do not have to be created from a commercial point of view, or a male point of view. You can decide what success looks like for yourself. Being number one does not mean better quality. And commercial success certainly doesn’t equate to being impactful. Cultural currency is invaluable." Family: "I truly cherish this time w/ my family. My new goal is to slow down & shed stressful things from my life. I came into the music industry at 15 & grew up w/ the world watching, and I have put out projects non-stop. Now, I’ve decided to give myself permission to focus on my joy." "Something cracked open inside of me right after giving birth to my first daughter. I truly understood my power & motherhood has been my biggest inspiration. It became my mission to make sure she lived in a world where she feels truly seen & valued." The pandemic / BLM: "I am absolutely changed. It would be difficult to experience life in a pandemic and the current social unrest and not be changed. I have learned that my voice is clearer when I am still." Legacy: "I’ve spent a lot of time focusing on building my legacy and representing my culture the best way I know how. Now, I’ve decided to give myself permission to focus on my joy." "I released #LEMONADE during the #FormationWorldTour, gave birth to twins, performed at #Coachella, directed #Homecoming, went on another world tour with Jay, then #BlackIsKing, all back to back. It’s been heavy and hectic." "I was deeply inspired by my trip to South Africa. After having my son, I felt it was important to uplift and praise our boys and to assure that they grow up with enough films, children’s books & music that promote emotional intelligence, self-value & our rich history."

  11. Beyonce released a statement regarding the ongoing SARS crisis taking place in Nigeria. It's worth mentioning the BeyHive practically forced her to say something by spamming her social media begging for a call to action. “I am heartbroken to see the senseless brutality taking place in Nigeria," Beyonce wrote on Instagram. “We have been working on partnerships with youth organizations to support those protesting for change. We are collaborating with coalitions to provide emergency healthcare, food and shelter. To our Nigerian sisters and brothers, we stand by you.” She asked fans to visit Beyonce.com to see a list of organizations to support. Protests against Lagos police unit known as SARS is currently underway. They're accused of kidnapping, extortion, and harassment. CNN reports the protests turned deadly on Tuesday after SARS began open fire on protesters. "They were shooting, they were firing straight, directly at us, and a lot of people got hit. I just survived, barely," a witness told them.
  12. This video is so fkn hilarous, this is a talent show in France, once a week, the contestants have to face a prime time show, where they sing the song they've prepared during the week before, the live show will often feature special guest stars, with whom some of the contestants have the opportunity to sing. That poor Cynthia girl literally got destroyed by Bey at 2:27min
  13. So I recently came across a video from Mojo.com called Greatest Defining Acts of the 00s, and here is the ranking Eminem Radiohead Beyonce Jay-Z Coldplay Britney Spears Linkin Park Lady Gaga Green Day Justin Timberlake I was really suprised, with the list. Britney was below the top 5? Also didnt mojo have a video called best female artist of the 00s where the ranked Britney above Beyonce? So does that mean Bey should be at #6 and Britney at #3. Top 3 is such a reach for Beyonce. Quite dissapointed with the flop list. What do you guys think? I think Britney deserved top 3, i meant she was the best-selling female artist of the 00s selling 83 million records WW, had the greatest hit of the 00s, had the most iconic performance of the 00s, was the most searched celebrity from 2000-2008, had the highest grossing tour of 2009, achieved a Lifetime award, had 2 diamond albums before reaching 20 and being the best-selling act of the year 2000. Whats not there to put her in top 3? SMH? People even want to take away the acheivement of her even owning a decade
  14. Christina Aguilera showed love for Madonna and Beyonce in her new interview with Apple Music's Zane Lowe. On Madonna: “Madonna, first of all, the queen of reinventing herself, was a huge inspiration,” she said. “When I was little, I was not allowed to listen to her or watch her videos or anything. It was just like a no-no, but then whenever you grow up, and I discovered her catalog and her videos and the fact that she had such a message.” “Her documentary, Truth or Dare, was a really big part of, ‘Oh my God, you don’t have to just, quote unquote, sing a song. You literally can just say so much more and go so much deeper.’ Truly, the way you see her image changed through the albums. I mean, that was a big inspiration for me to want to change it up, to want to keep pushing, to grow, to reinvent myself, to discover more things about me and myself as an artist.” On Beyonce: “I have so much respect for Beyoncé. She always kind of stands in that lane of being true to her and what works for her… putting herself out there is such an empowering role model and figure for women as well. I love women that speak to women, being such a voice of empowerment. ‘Girls Who Run The World,’ I remember that being a Major Lazer song and I was obsessed with it. And I was like, ‘Oh man, Beyoncé went and took Major Lazer and made it, ‘Girls, who run the world?’ I was like, ‘What?'” On new music: “I’ve been in the studio all of quarantine, actually, experiencing new people, new relationships, new writers, COVID-safe, of course. I’ve had a lot of time to think and to reevaluate some things around me during this time… if you can stay, I think, grounded in your own truth and being able to put a stop to what’s making you unhappy and being able to really pinpoint it, and you can come out of there in a really cool place. So yeah, I’m making music that is really meaningful to me right now.” We love to see the praise! Didn't Xtina say she was releasing a Spanish-langauge album years ago?
  15. Beyonce took over a TV studio in the Haptons for a "top secret," four-day shoot. “It’s a big studio with two separate buildings,” a source tells Page Six. “The whole thing was closed for Beyoncé so nobody could go in.” New visual album?! Performance?! Thoughts, Exhale? Related:

Britney and Gaga had a moment of silence onstage, where they exchanged looks while making the audience believe they were gonna kiss (as a reference to Britney and Madonna's kiss in 2003) only for Britney to interrupt saying she "had done that already" Together they proceeded to introduce Beyoncé's performance That night, Britney also won Best Pop Video for Till the World Ends The same video was also nominated for Best Choreography, but lost to Beyoncé's Run the World (Girls).
