  1. I think it was more resentment towards Fox, who made them do a second Britney episode for promo synergy, since it aired on the same night as Britney's X-Factor debut. But yeah, I'm sure they all felt a little burned by their experiences with the first episode, which they also felt a little forced to do because there was so much public demand for it after the Madonna episode. But we're learning more and more that Glee was a really toxic set. Ryan Murphy is a nightmare (although by season five, when the second Britney episode was, I believe he was mostly hands off). We've heard Lea was terrible. I'm sure others were too. Breeding ground for drama and anxiety. I'm glad our queen did not hang around there too long.
  2. I know there are some incredible fan-made studio versions from the beginning of POM, but are there any ones from the Remixed. Reimagined. Still Iconic phase of the show, maybe after the Glory songs were added? Please & thank you!
  3. Probably one of the few Britney songs I'm more likely than not to skip. I don't dislike it, I just can't get into it.
  4. Let us not forget Hilary Duff has had TWO greatest hits albums. I think Most Wanted was mostly the record label's knee-jerk reaction to disappointing sales from her second album. (Low sales = greatest hits album?? That's Hollywood Records for you.) And then The Best of Hilary Duff was just to get out of her contract.
  5. I more or less agree with this and don't have the patience to make my own list, but I would say Oops and TTWE also deserved to be #1.
  6. Yeah, I don't remember Pretty World being confirmed. I honestly can't believe Britney, her team, and her label would think that was a good name or idea, even for all their questionable choices.
  7. People who grew up in the 90s have a special affinity for BOMT, Crazy, and Sometimes, even if they're not fans anymore. In the same vain, Oops, Stronger, Lucky, and INAGNYAW. For the general public today, I think BOMT, Oops, and Toxic are the obvious ones. Womanizer and TTWE as well. I think a lot of casual and non fans remember and like Everytime. Slave has the iconic VMA performance that people will remember forever (although maybe they don't remember the song). I think "It's Britney *****" is popular as a catch phrase but I don't know if Gimme More has really withstood the test of time for the GP. Same thing for Work *****. People might know the line, and might know the song exists, but can they sing it? Do they know the lyrics? I doubt it.
  8. In that infamous Diane Sawyer interview, she mentions that Britney had a tough year with illness in the family, the breakup from Justin, and "the spasm of press" about things that happened in Mexico and London. Any idea what she's referring to?
  9. I'm having trouble finding out who all the executive producers of each album are, mostly for the older albums. Does anyone know and can confirm? BOMT - I'm assuming Eric Foster White OIDIA - Eric again? Maybe Max Martin? Britney - ??? ITZ - ??? Blackout - Britney (queen) Circus - Larry & Teresa LaBarbera Whites FF - Max Martin & Kesha's ****** BJ - will.i.am in the most egregious crime in pop music Glory - Karen Kwak Thank you to anyone who has leads on the first 4!!!
