Her whole family is toxic af. They remind me of mine, actually. I‘m pretty sure they only give af about her in their imaginations of being ~good parents~ even though they could care less.

being a narcissist tbh (by being really closed off which caused others to tease me and me reacting really strongly to it even tho it wasn‘t really warranted....) it‘s still difficult tho.

They are both toxic af. One is obsessed with the money and fame and importance her daughter gives her and the other is an alcoholic mess who tries to control his daughter just to feel useful or something. None of this **** can be actually called 'love'

I honestly used to be one of those users...probably. I didn‘t bash her or anything but I was pretty judgemental and superficial and idk, I think those personality traits are pretty much what‘s causing the toxic negativity most of the time, others just took it far more...too far and it was pretty disgusting. The good thing is that negativity is always just the projection of a very unhappy person taking it out on others, so hopefully no one will take those comments really to heart.

The "Karen" was *****y, but so was the same old tired comment so i let it slide. Other than that, i love him for saying it how it is, obviously.

I can see this being true. I love Britney but she seems pretty emotionally stunted (which isn‘t her fault, she has been working since she was literally 4), so her wanting a conversatorship for all that big legal stuff is understandable. It‘s also understandable that she doesn‘t want her father to be the conversator since she most likely still doesn‘t trust him completely or at all (?). So yeah... . I feel like most people on here still live in a fantasy world where she still wants to work and work and be this huge popstar again. Those days have been long over.
