  1. Sometimes it’s better to call out people who abuse others than to stay silent

  2. I can’t wait for the day Lou, Jamie, and everyone else involved go to jail. They’re so disgusting #FreeBritney

  3. Not inferring whether Britney was or wasn't (as you say) "addicted to drugs." However, millions of people struggle with addiction/substance abuse. That does not = conservatorship. Instead, she was thrust back into the limelight months after everything went down. She wasn't taught the tools to cope, instead she was essentially isolated from everyone and everything. Sure, that technically worked to keep her away from drugs (if true), but it came at a major cost. People can overcome obstacles like this without having their rights stripped away from them permanently.

  4. This is the first time I’ve felt hopeful. This Sam man is coming though with the hard facts. No court can ignore this. I’m floored.

  5. He says the real reason Britney is in the cship isn’t a flattering one for her, but it certainly doesn’t mean she deserves this... Wonder what that means.

  6. thing is, not even suicide attempt is enough to grant a conservatorship, just look at how many celebrities have tried so (plus that didn't appear on Jamie's petition) and the conservatorship didn't happen after the first 5150 (when she locked herself in the bathroom). She was released before the 72hrs period, because they didn't find anything wrong with her. This is the time when they started planning the conservatorship. By the end of January, they somehow convinced her to enter another 5150 hold after the previous day she had been driving around with Sam Lutfi (there's videos of it). It's during this second hold, that also didn't find anything wrong that we know of, that Jamie files the petition, asking the judge not to notify Britney, and by the time she was out of the hold she was already under the conservatorship. A few days later she went back to a dance studio accompanied by Brett. Pretty strange for someone who has been placed under a conservatorship because her life depended on it, if you ask me

  7. I just want to say that no matter how unflattering the truth may be, I stand behind our girl no matter what. No matter how dark those days were, it was a long time ago and since then and B has demonstrated again and again that she's ready to take on life on her own, it's high time she's granted the benefit of the doubt. There's nothing that could have been so bad to justify how things remain today, if there was, she'd be in jail or something.

  8. They keep saying the same ****. Nobody knows the ReAl ReAsOn. There's no excuse for any of this. Stop making excuses. Just help her get free. It's clear there's illegal stuff going on, so even if she's schizo, suicidal, has dementia despite her world tours and choreography memorization, whatever it is there is no excuse for the isolation, abuse and money theft. Frankly whatever reason they might think she's in it could be false as well as i'm sure the information is coming straight from Jamie himself and what he chooses to tell everyone. Her own mother doesn't even have access to her medical records but we're supposed to believe her cousin and some director does??? How?

  9. Britney's legal advocate / lawyer Sam Ingham filed documents slamming Jamie Spears' petition to bring back Andrew Wallet as co-conservator of Britney. For all intents and purposes, he is a complete stranger to Britney and is insanely expensive. Ingham also points out the exuberant fees the conservatorship team and her business managers made in 2019 and 2020 despite Britney not having performed once. That includes $426,000 a year for Britney's co-conservator. Lou Taylor's Tri Star was approved for $500,000. Jamie Spears Mr. Spears claims Britney's objections to the appointment of the conservator are full of factual misstatements. Jamie's asking the court to hold a hearing to weigh the facts, TMZ reports. Andrew Wallet "After denying for months that any structural change to this conservatorship was necessary, an hour before the last hearing James suddenly reversed direction and conceded that a co-conservator of the estate is needed after all. However, rather than work collaboratively with Britney to find the best candidate, James chose to work in direct opposition to her clear statement that she "strongly prefers to have a qualified corporate fiduciary appointed to serve in this role." "In fact, Mr. Wallets's sudden departure after 11 years was "voluntary" only in the sense that he wasn't removed. Rather, it was negotiated by court-appointed counsel for Britney and supported by consideration to Mr. Wallet in the form of a $100,000.00 "golden parachute." So, he says, adding "any individual co-conservator to this case, much less Mr. Wallet represents a very poor value that Britney cannot afford. "Apart from the fact that Mr. Wallet has been extremely expensive in the past, based on what occurred over the 11 years he served as her co-conservator there is no reason to believe that Mr. Wallet will be able to work with Britney to explain and implement any difficult budgetary choices that must be made." Tri-Star The document also fights Jamie's move at the end of 2019, when he agreed to pay Tri Star Group a minimum annual fee of $500,000 despite the fact that Britney hasn't performed again since October 2018, and doesn't plan to do so at the moment. "In considering the economic impact of Mr. Wallets's return on Britney's estate, it should be noted that on December 20, 21 2019, after Mr. Wallet had departed, James modified the compensation of TRI STAR SPORTS AND ENTERTAINMENT GROUP, the business manager, to provide for a minimum annual fee of $500,000.00," the filing says. He adds, "This amount represents more than DOUBLE the amount that Tri-Star was previously receiving." "Apparently this frugality does not extend to the fees James pays from the conservatorship to the financial professionals with whom he surrounds himself." You can read the full article at The Blast. 10. She fell into a depression, a depression that was getting worse due to the events of her life. All her behavior is due to this. I'm sorry I couldn't explain myself better. She made up what happened in 2002 (and this was a problem). She became a party girl due to her depression. She married just to be a mother. She idealized motherhood (She idealized Kevin for that reason) Her world fell apart when the custody of her children was taken away from her. The press took advantage of her vulnerability. Her family took advantage of her vulnerability. Her team/Larry took advantage of her vulnerability. Kevin took advantage of her vulnerability. Sam took advantage of her vulnerability Adnan took advantage of her vulnerability. Kevin's lawyers took advantage of her vulnerability Doctors took advantage of her vulnerability. Her father, Kevin, and Kevin's attorneys took advantage of one night to take custody of their children from her. She had no real support, neither family nor professional, etc. The press and the society that has judged and pressured her since she was 17 years old... The pressure of her work. She was a 26-year-old girl with depression without emotional support, being harassed by the press and society and especially judged as a mother. A seriously depressed girl with a suicide attempt in the past and according to the press and society with erratic behavior that she was not qualified to be a mother. With only this is a weapon to destroy her and the thinking minds of the conservatorship knew it perfectly (I mean Dr. Spar, Andrew Wallet, Adam Streisand, Ingham, and the former judge) then, the order and request of her father to incapacitate her and it obtains its objective that was the financial, personal, and professional control of Britney.

  11. More like keeping her away of her own money. Drug addiction can't be used for c-ship. People can deal with this problem without major consequences like... Strip someone rights. Robert Downey Jr., Drew Barrymore, Brad Pitt, Gaga, Ben Affleck... Some celebs with severe addictions and no c-ship for any of them.

  13. The judge can not deny the request to move to the bessemer trust!! What’s left of her assets needs to be protected even if she has £20 million she could downsize and life a comfortable life, get rid of all the leeches! She could do a world tour and Album when she is free and could earn an absolute fortune x

  14. FR! The judge can't ignore any of this and I'm SO glad that they are including Lou

  15. Interesting....I could care less why the conservatorship was put in place . It’s time for Britney to have the freedom to make her own decisions including hiring the right people to help her

  16. Brain damaged ? Sis she would need to be a vegetable for cship to be granted. And she certainly seemed normal in 2008. Have you not watched FTR alone ? Where she sounded and looked more than normal. Britneys odd behavior started in 2010 when she was forced into yet another psych stay.

  17. I was laughed at in another thread when i said this. Britney’s court battle is going to make legal history the same way Anna Nicole Smiths case for her late husbands fortune did. It’s learned at some point in law school.

  18. you may believe whatever, but such mysterious reason isn't in the court documents, so whatever they're hiding, shouldn't have been taken into consideration, and thus the whole thing should be nullified. Conservatorships aren't made to help celebrities' families hide dirty secrets. They're made for a very specific reason, for a very specific population, and they have played with it to their convenience. Britney needing help does not equal to Britney needing a conservatorship, and I don't know how to make people understand that.

  19. People remember, the movement is not about Britneys medical records, or her mistakes. It's about freeing her. We shouldn't care about if she have a disorder. We should care about she have no freedom, and people aren't supportive of her, her own family. There are people who are so far out, who is not in a c-ship.-

  20. Note the dates of the emails...this is when they claimed Jamie was dying from his colon. Yet had the strength to talk business with Lou.

  21. I've mentioned it before but Samuel has been around since the inception of the conservatorship. I wonder what made him change. I'm glad that he's finally on Britney's side, even if it took him 12 years.

  22. Yeah, I honestly can't think of another reason since everything from: child endangerment, drug use, mental illness, have all been stated in articles before. Even then though, I don't think suicide is true. The C-ship happened after her 5150 hold, and IDK if we can take her word, but she did say she was tricked into the whole situation. I hate that he is baiting the B-Army like this. It reeks of being an attention *****. If he is sooo willing to speak on her behalf, well then he should follow through with his vague tweets.

  23. I just can't believe there's still people that doubt how rich they're all getting just by getting involved in Britney's conservatorship, including Sam Ingham. People that dismiss the movement go by the "sHe NeEdS hElP" but fail to see that helping Britney is the last thing this legal charade is trying to do.

  24. I’m so tired of everyone speaking on Britneys’ behalf I’m tired of fans speculating and then these speculations turning into rumors I can’t wait for Britney to come out with that good mystery book she mentions in FTR

  25. This guy just suggested Jamie Lynn be conservator... He probably thinks James Spears is a concerned father who saved her. The fact that there was never a professional conservator in the first place was a huge problem for Britney. Suggesting another family member who is not qualified is ridiculous. Unfortunately we are gonna see lots of people come out now and give their opinion when they don’t really understand the difference between managing Britney Spears and a controlling c-ship that stripped her autonomy and civil rights.

  26. She's apparently already said she's cool with things being made public at this point.... And that's literally HER PEROGATIVE. There's enough public goodwill towards Britney to not care about the past... She's turned whatever problems there were around.

  27. It's always someone hyping how they know about ''dangerous and shocking details'' and then we end up giving them attention for nothing If you have something to share/say just say it for ****'s sake

  28. Loving Samuel Ingham's recent decisions. Imagine if they all get removed and start getting $0 from being involved in the conservatorship??? But the question is, if The Bessemer Trust Company becomes conservatorship of the estate and Jodi Montgomery stays conservator of the person, is it going to be left like that or is Britney going to file for termination of the conservatorship?

  30. I am 100% NOT in favor of harassing anyone, but is it time to start putting a little pressure on famous TriStar clients about their association with this woman? we do it all the time when an actor, comedian, executive is found to engage in abuse. While Lou might not be as involved in their day to day lives as she is with Britney, it’s a dirty company. Her using Britney’s money to donate to her sketchy charity choices is reason enough for these high profile celebs to at least look into who manages their money. again, not coming at this suggesting everyone starts leaving mean comments on Megan Trainor’s SM, but if there was ever a time to spread awareness....

  32. IT'S LEGENDARY BRITNEY, B8TCH. When I thought she was dead alive and nothing would change, she proved me wrong. She IS BACK full force. She gets what she wants. She is so inspiring! I WANNA SEE HER WIN. I always did!!! She is a true force of nature, born to shine.

  33. Lol at the ppl who said Jamie only wants the best for his daughter-yet he doubled Lous paycheck for no reason. That is crystal clear now-dad is paying Lou. And he was her way to Britneys estate. She is really good bussiness manager for herself

  34. OMFG THIS IS HUGE Check this out!!!!!! Ingham said Britney is moving towards greater autonomy so I think she will be asking for it to be terminated in the future. Take a read throught the post I shared above. It helped understand some more

  35. It doesn’t matter. It’s been 12 years. Let it go. Why does she have to continue to pay for the sins of the past? She’s a prisoner in her own castle. She can have a comprehensive health plan and care manager but she can take care of herself. This is all straight up abuse. #FreeBritney

  36. Hasn't Britney referenced bi-polar before? Either way they don't justify what's happened. She could be a real advocate and inspiration for others going through a similar mental health journey.

  37. She doesn't really have a pattern with men... it's more like, whoever she dates, she mirrors who they are. She's got no self identity. I'm no love guru, but I've always been told you can't love someone until you learn to love yourself. If she has no idea who she is and always does everything the partner does.... what good is the relationship then? There's no balance. It's just repetition of the same stuff and eventually it becomes boring. I truly believe the best thing for her to do (now, when she's freed, or at some point in the future) is to remain single, find her own identity as to who she is, what SHE likes/dislikes, what she wants to do (entertainment related or personal related) and once she's found her true calling she can then find a partner who can respect/accept/help her with these goals. She gives and gives to these men but what she does get in return? Maybe she does... who knows? But the perception we get is she receives nothing and is heartbroken every time.

  38. Funny how they say she can't manage her own finances (a lot of people can't tbh)... but here they are just throwing it all away for nothing. Girl worked so hard over the years AND is a humble frugal queen.... and yet she's the one that's getting penny-pinched here. The courts should make Jamie and Lou pay back every penny + interest for abusing their power tbh. In addition to them rotting in jail. But for now... all I can say to these updates is.... snatch them up:
