3.) This shows the real Jamie Spears not only has he abused and taken advantage of his daughter, but now he’s moved on to abusing his grand babies too. So help me god if he isn’t removed from this conservatorship!

Britney must've been boiling up. Imagine her having to go back home if her father was still there after the whole incident.

So he is basically gone when her kids are there. That’s great for her!

That filing came just 3 days after Kevin went to cops about the alleged abuse.

 

Our sources say Jamie broke down a door to get to his grandson and grabbed him once he was in the room -- however, we're told there were no visible bruises or injuries to the child.

Britney Spears' two sons have been granted a restraining order against their grandfather Jamie Spears, barring him from contact with the kids.

According to documents filed in Los Angeles County, Kevin Federline's attorney, Mark Vincent-Kaplan,demanded the kids be protected from Jaime.

The domestic violence restraining order was filed by Federline, on behalf of his children, following the incident of their grandfather allegedly abusing 13-year-old Sean.

We're told the documents were filed in the ongoing custody case between the two, with a slew of stipulations put forth by Federline and his attorneys, and Britney's team agreed to all of the demands and terms of protection for the kids.

The documents give Kevin full legal custody of both boys. Britney will need all her visitation with the children to me monitored, and Jaime can not be that person. So we're told , it was agreed another adult would be present who is approved by Federline.

Britney will not have any overnight visits, and Kevin will have around 90% physical custody.

We're told, it was agreed that another adult would be present, who has been approved by Federline and the court.

The stunning developments come after an incident where Jaime Spears allegedly broke down a door and "violently shook" 13-year-old Sean after an argument between the two.

In the immediate aftermath of the incident, we're told Britney took her children away from Jamie and eventually gave them to Federline for the night.

Federline filed a police report against Jaime the next day, and investigators for the Sheriff's Department submitted the case to the Ventura County District Attorney's office for possible criminal child abuse charges.

Seriously, I'm getting sick, I feel anxious and I'm starting to have stomach ache.

If Britney has survived all these years under the conservatorship was precisely to have access to her kids.

Now it's the conservatorship, specifically having Jamie as her conservator, what will separate her from them. I hope this gives her all the drive to fight against it now more than never. 

There's literally nothing left for her to lose. Instead she needs to get out of it in order to be with her kids again. THAT'S INSANE

For the longest time I think as a fanbase we at least thought her children were okay, and she may not be free but she's free from harm. Imagine how bad things got that hes now being investigated, also when Britney's custody was REDUCED

Now with this she's lost the rights to have them stay overnight with her, Kevin has 90% of the physical custody. I suppose under these circumstances, Britney was more than ok with this decision.

She needs to get out of the conservatorship in order to have 50 / 50 at least again.

He's going down. They all are. This is going to attract a lot of media attention and people are going to question the C Ship. There is no way Brenda can authorise everything to resume as normal after this. They know their time is up, now I need Britney to be safe cause it seems the people around her are psychopaths and I don't think they will stop.

This. Britney is the mother of his children and he has had his hand out for long enough. The mother of his kids is suffering and he was her husband remember . He's a **** but I think even he probably thinks enough is enough

Not really.  She lost a bunch of her custodial rights...she’s essentially being punished because her conservator/“father” is an abusive *******.
