  1. Some new and interesting information/investigations regarding Britney's trusts SurpriseWitnes's twitter thread: Dizz's twitter thread: Thoughts? P.S. if possible, please repost/share these tweets
  2. Hi guys, I don't know if I'm late on this, but I stumbled upon this video of this Medium called "Sloan Bella", who says she channeled Britney's energy and she made a very revealing reading about her current situation. Kind of shocking and dark, just for you to know. I think it's interesting to have somebody's perspective from a different field. Just one more thing....whether you believe or not in this type of psychic abilities, the one thing that we should not stop doing is praying for her.
  3. Actress Drew Barrymore opens up about the time she was sent to a psychiatric hospital by her mother. In the interview she admits to having been out of control but also reflects on whether being institutionalised has been her mother's best decision. Drew draws parallels between her situation and that of Britney and Paris and the way the public perceived those vulnerable moments in their lives. Drew says 'I have so much empathy towards so many people. Paris Hilton came on [my] show and she'd been institutionalised by her mom. And you think like Britney and Paris, and I've thought it for myself. I'm sure the people look on and think 'These party girls, these privileges, how dare they have feelings about any of this? They've put themselves out there, they've asked for this. It's fair fking game.' To which she responds with: 'They're humans, they're just humans.' Despite the criticism towards her mother ('She created a monster') and not having talked to her for a very long time, Drew admits that she's finally forgiven her mother. However, it took a lot of strength and courage on her side to do that. Drew's story is a cautionary tale about a parent-child relationship and how fragile it can be. Exhale, what do you think? In light of this interview, can you see Britney ever opening up about her relationship with her father? Do you think she'd forgive him for what he's done in the past 13 years? Most importantly, do you think we'd ever see Britney be that sincere? Discuss. P.S. Sorry if AP.
  4. A large part of the discussion around the conservatorship involves Britney's finances. Let's compare two lawsuits — the WEG lawsuit and the Brand Sense lawsuit — to see if they offer up any clues as to how her finances have been managed both before and after the conservatorship. Shall we? The WEG Lawsuit: In October of 2007, Britney's former manager, Johnny Wright, sued Britney and her company "Britney Touring, Inc." for unpaid commissions he claimed she owed him. Johnny alleged that Britney stopped paying him in December of 2006, just as she split from Kevin Federline. The commissions dated back to 2003, when Britney and Johnny parted ways, and included album advances for "In The Zone" and "Greatest Hits." The fact that "Britney Touring, Inc." was also named in the lawsuit hints that Johnny felt she owed him commissions on the "Onyx Hotel Tour," as well as possibly the "House of Blues Tour." Johnny claimed he didn't know how much she owed since he hadn't received accounting reports since 2003. Source: https://www.billboard.com/articles/news/1047435/wright-sues-spears-for-breach-of-contract/ Within the court documents it stated: "Upon information and belief, SPEARS and BTI concealed from WEG a series of negotiations and agreements for otherwise commissionable Gross Receipts payable to WEG, thus diverting those commissions to SPEARS directly or indirectly, or to corporate entities without the knowledge, consent, or agreement of WEG, both before and after the termination Agreement." The Brand Sense Lawsuit: In March of 2011, a company called Brand Sense Partners, LLC sued Britney for unpaid commissions they claimed she owed them. They claimed a compromise deal was orchestrated by Jamie Spears and Lou M. Taylor, which delivered perfume royalties from Elizabeth Arden directly to Britney. Source: https://radaronline.com/exclusives/2011/03/exclusive-britney-spears-being-sued-10m-ex-business-partner/ Within the court documents it stated: “Britney secretly made a separate deal with Elizabeth Arden in a sneaky underhanded effort to circumvent and evade its obligations to Brand Sense.” ... “Brand Sense had a contractual right to a 35% commission on any Britney Spears-branded fragrance sold by Elizabeth Arden” ... “But Mr. Spears complained that the commission was too high and said that Britney did not want to pay it.” Both lawsuits were settled by the conservatorship, and included large payments to Johnny Wright and Brand Sense Partners. The SJB Revocable Trust: In July of 2004, Britney's estimated $100-million fortune was placed into the SJB Revocable Trust. Britney was named as the sole Trustee. Source: https://people.com/crime/whos-in-charge-of-britney-spearss-money/ Adam Streisand: In February of 2008, lawyer Adam Streisand attempted to represent Britney in the first hearing for the proposed conservatorship. Before being ejected from the courtroom, Streisand claimed Britney had told him her estate was worth $40-million, encompassed 15 separate entities, and was in the middle of a $17-million IRS audit with Jive Records. Streisand says Britney has expressed a "very strong desire" for her father, Jamie Spears, not to be the conservator of her estate, and asked the court to name Northern Trust Bank and her business manager Howard Grossman as co-conservators. Source: https://www.mtv.com/news/1580917/britney-spears-lawyer-ejected-from-courtroom-after-judge-doesnt-recognize-him-as-her-counsel/ Michael Sands: In February 2008, following Adam Streisand's unsuccessful attempts to represent Britney, lawyer Jon Eardley filed documents with the court claiming she had been robbed. Eardley's spokesman, Michael Sands (who was also the spokesman for Sam Lutfi) claimed that RICO Act violations had taken place. He claimed the theft was on a grand scale, involving racketeering, wire fraud and money laundering, and that the theft "occurred prior to the conservatorship taking place and continues still." Source: https://www.mtv.com/news/1582277/britney-spears-has-been-robbed-her-self-proclaimed-lawyer-insists/ Bryan Spears: In July of 2020, Britney's older brother Bryan Spears sat down for an interview where he talked about taking over the financial end of the "family business." 13:20 - "It was 2003 that I took over, until 2009." 12:20 - "We didn't have anyone that was overseeing the actual financial business development, next step kind of thing for Brit. We had managers, we had business managers, we had agents. Everything. But no one was looking at what the left hand was doing and looking at what the right hand was doing. There was no top cop, basically, who was looking out for her best interests. So we, as a family, as we always do, vote and come up with a family decision. We all thought that would be a good idea for me to oversee all of it...Making sure money is being put away, new business is being formed, brands are being formed, trying to make money while we sleep so we're not so focused on having to tour." 14:42 - "Looking at a situation...if I feel like I don't have a really good handle on it, or if I feel like I don't have the expertise to conquer it, I go and hire or find the person or company that can. So, I went and hired Ernst & Young out of Nashville, brought them in and did an entire audit of every single detail of her business from publishing to branding to merchandising...we had a huge doll line. Tour merch, and all of that. And I had those guys give me a report that showed me, and we all broke it down. And then I went back, assessed it, and then I wound up having to make a lot of adjustments after that." Interviewer: "So how did you feel when you got that report?" Bryan: "I was not very well liked, you could put it that way, amongst the team." Interviewer: "Did you give a rat's ***? I mean, if they're stealing from your sister?" Bryan: "Looking back on it, I did what was right." Interviewer: "What did you do? Did you clean house?" Bryan: "Ya. Everyone but the manager." 17:22 - "My thing was new business development, that's what I kind of focused on. Which was the branding, and creating the Elizabeth Arden fragrance line with her. Just that alone has done over a $100-billion in sales...If your brand is producing those kind of numbers globally, in a 10-year span, that's a lot of money." Source: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kS9Gyo7JdO8 Connecting the Dots: In 1999, Britney hired Johnny Wright to manage her career alongside entertainment lawyer Larry Rudolph. At this time, Britney signed a 10-year contract with Johnny and his management company, Wright Entertainment Group (WEG) which specified that "sunset payments" for deals he negotiated for her were to be paid through February of 2009. Following her split with Justin Timberlake in 2003, Britney parted ways with Johnny Wright. She remained with her other manager, Larry Rudolph. Around this time, Britney's older brother, Bryan Spears, took over the financial end of the "family business." He brought in a team of accountants to do a financial audit. Upon seeing the results, Bryan fired everyone except Larry Rudolph. He went on to focus on business development, including a multi-billion-dollar perfume line with Elizabeth Arden. Not long after, the SJB Revocable Trust was created to protect Britney's fortune, which was estimated to be around $100-million. All of her stocks, furnishings, jewelry, and all other assets were placed in the Trust. Britney was named as the sole Trustee. Were Britney to become incapacitated, both Bryan Spears and lawyer Ivan Taback would become co-Trustees. Two and a half years later, Britney split with husband Kevin Federline. According to Johnny Wright, payments to WEG stopped shortly after. Further, Johnny claimed he did not know exactly how much Britney owed him because he had not received an accounting report since they had parted ways in 2003. Less than a year later, in October 2007, Johnny Wright filed a lawsuit against Britney and her company "Britney Touring, Inc." In the court documents, Johnny alleged that new corporations may have been created to divert the commissions owed to him. Within four months, Jamie Spears, working with the "Spears Family Spokesperson" and owner of Tri-Star Entertainment, Lou M. Taylor, applied for a temporary conservatorship over Britney. As Britney attempted to fight the conservatorship in court, it was revealed that her $100-million fortune was now worth only $40-million. At the time, Bryan Spears remained in charge of overseeing the financial end of the "family business." With Britney deemed incompetent by the court, Bryan and Ivan Taback were named Co-Trustees of the SJB Trust. Within weeks, they transferred "Britney Touring, Inc." to the newly formed Estate, to be managed by Jamie Spears and Andrew Wallet. Two years later, in 2011, a second allegation of "diverted commissions" was made in court — this time by Brand Sense Partners, LLC. The company had brokered a deal with Elizabeth Arden to create a new line of fragrances for Britney. However, Jamie Spears and Lou M. Taylor were accused in court documents of diverting commissions from Brand Sense Partners in a "sneaky underhanded" way. Both the WEG lawsuit and the Brand Sense lawsuit were eventually settled by the conservatorship, with large payouts to both to rightly compensate them for the diverted commissions. For reference... A Chronological Timeline: https://www.breatheheavy.com/exhale/index.php?/forums/topic/787778-a-chronological-timeline-of-britney-spears-conservatorship/ So... What does all of this tell us about Britney's family's role in managing her finances? Please discuss.
  5. There’s a new movie on Netflix titled “ I Care A Lot” which seems to parallel and highlight issues with conservatorships. The movies about guardianship abuse and it’s definitely eye opening to see how feasible it is To have unethical doctors, guardians and judges all be working together in order to keep vulnerable people controlled and how their rights are completely stripped. Definitely worth the watch !
  6. New film on Amazon called I care a lot just came out is about a woman who works in conservatorships just for the money and puts a mentally sound woman into one without telling her falsely claiming she has dementia so that she can get all her money. im still watching it but it’s messed up how close this is. (As soon as they get her they took her phone) I hope we can get more attention to this film to link to awareness to how they’re treating Britney
  7. With everything going on and more details coming out about the conservatorships level of control, it makes me wonder who’s idea the plastic surgeries really were... From her nose jobs, her surgery to make her smile bigger by slicing her cheeks Joker style, and even the Brest implants that caused so much media scrutiny for her in the beginning. We’re they hear ideas? Or could she had been pressured and eventually forced by the conservatorship to maintain their desired image? After all she has no control over her own medial care... j what do YOU think??
  8. ARMY! In the coming months I see the conservatorship battle becoming extremely heated (always does when money is involved and exposed) and I think it's absolutely crucial, as a fanbase to be READY and CONCENTRATED. NO DISTRACTIONS. NO MUSIC. NO REMIXES. NO SURPRISE VIDEO DROPS. We all know the tactics! We've had our fun with the Glory re-release. OFFICIAL new tracks, demos etc. It's been absolutely refreshing to hear new Britney. That's our girl! However, we really need to be standing in absolute solidarity behind HER - NOT THE MACHINE. So, I please ask (kindly) that all streaming, purchasing, vevo streams - to be CEASED IMMEDIATELY. We need to HIT THEM WHERE IT HURTS NOW. It's very important! Britney HERSELF has said she will be working once her Dad is out. NO NEED TO PANIC. However they will bury her in mountains of paperwork, mountains of objections, more hearings etc and why?? BECAUSE THEY HAVE THE MONEY TO DO IT. #STOPFUNDINGTHEMADNESS We all love Britney, her music, videos etc. BUT NOTHING AT THIS POINT IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN HER PERSON! We have come A LONG WAY! Also. Lets clean this site up abit. Let's stop mentioning her appearance, her teeth, what she's wearing, her style, her skin, WHATEVER THE TOPIC IS. LETS JUST STOP!! This should be a place of ultimate Love and positivity towards Ms. Britney !
  9. I made a video about Britney that covers a little bit about the conservatorship, Framing Britney, FreeBritney and more. It's a brief video to get others interested in learning more about Britney. What do you guys think?

  11. "That's all I'm going to say about Jamie." Kim Kaiman Senior Director of Marketing Jive Records 1998-2004
  12. By MEREDITH BLAKE | STAFF WRITER FEB. 5, 2021 12:54 PM PT For 13 years, nearly every aspect of Britney Spears’ life — including major financial, professional and medical decisions — has been controlled by her father Jamie Spears through a court-approved conservatorship. Instituted after Spears’ very public breakdown in 2007-2008, the legal arrangement is now older than Spears was when she debuted on “The Mickey Mouse Club.” It has endured even as Spears appeared to stabilize and mount an impressive comeback, releasing multiple albums, touring the world and performing 248 shows during a wildly lucrative four-year residency in Las Vegas. Since Spears abruptly canceled a second planned residency in early 2019, the legal arrangement — shrouded in mystery and a thicket of non-disclosure agreements — has increasingly raised questions. Why, many wonder, is someone so capable and productive not allowed to make her own decisions? Journalists have produced think pieces and investigative deep dives alike about the conservatorship, and her most devoted fans have mobilized on social media to #FreeBritney from what they believe are exploitative circumstances maintained against her wishes. Now it’s the subject of a feature-length documentary from a team of journalists at the New York Times, premiering Friday on FX and FX on Hulu. Directed and produced by Samantha Stark, “Framing Britney Spears” charts Spears’ rise from plucky “Star Search” contestant to queen bee of “TRL,” as well as the high-profile unraveling that turned her personal troubles into a national punchline and culminated in the controversial conservatorship. Applying the rigor of a “Frontline” episode to a narrative that has been shaped by thinly sourced gossip and anonymous hearsay, “Framing Britney Spears” is also a pointed work of cultural criticism that might make some viewers feel guilt about idly gawking at pictures of Spears on Perez Hilton circa 2007. By retelling her story from the vantage point of 2021 — at what we hope is a time of greater sensitivity to mental health issues and a heightened post-#MeToo understanding of the misogyny that pervades much of celebrity culture — the documentary encourages viewers to reconsider their ideas about Spears, her chaotic tabloid persona and her fervently devoted fans. New York Times senior story editor Liz Day, who works on the paper’s branded FX docuseries “The Weekly,” says she was drawn to making a film about Spears because, she wondered, “How could the same person be able to perform at a very high level in Las Vegas as a superstar doing sold-out shows, making millions of dollars, but at the same time we’re being told that she is so vulnerable and at-risk that she needs this very intense layer of protection?” What makes Spears’ conservatorship unusual — other than her extraordinary fame — is that these legal arrangements are typically designed for older people, often with dementia, who are incapable of making informed decisions or physically taking care of themselves. There’s a Catch-22 for people who attempt to terminate a conservatorship, Day explains. “If you are not necessarily in total control of your day-to-day life, or your finances, how do you prove that you can be in control of your finances and your day-to-day life?” Day, who helped report segments on Alex Jones and Ivanka Trump as a senior news producer at “Last Week Tonight With John Oliver,” says that Spears’ conservatorship is the hardest story she’s had to cover, thanks to complicated family dynamics, sensitive legal and medical issues, and the additional layers of and secrecy that come with Spears’ fame and wealth. Then there’s the unreliable nature of celebrity journalism and standards that can vary wildly from outlet to outlet. “You hear a lot of speculation out there that gets repeated and repeated as fact: ‘Britney has X’ or ‘she’s not allowed to Y.’ And when you really dig into, ‘How do you know what’s on the record?’ there’s a lot of smoke,” Day says. The producers of “Framing Britney Spears” reached out to the pop star, her family, their lawyers and other members of her inner circle, but were turned down (or met with silence) at nearly every turn. “It was a real ethical quandary trying to figure out how to do this and not participate in what everyone has done in the past, which is make all these assumptions about [Spears],” says Stark. A breakthrough came when Felicia Culotta, who performed an unusual hybrid role as the singer’s friend, assistant and travel companion in the pre-conservatorship era, agreed to talk about Spears on the record for the first time in many years, providing emotional insight. “The one reason I did the interview was to remind people why they fell in love with her in the first place,” Culotta says in the documentary. Another pivotal interview came from Adam Streisand, the attorney Spears tried to hire to represent her in the initial conservatorship proceedings in 2008. Streisand says that Spears specifically did not want her father to be in charge of her conservatorship. (Jamie Spears had not been a consistent presence in his daughter’s life at that point, according to the documentary. One record executive recalls him saying, “My daughter’s going to be so rich, she’s going to buy me a boat.”) Streisand also says the judge in the case denied him the opportunity to represent Spears, citing a medical report which allegedly indicated she was not capable of retaining counsel on her own. “I still don’t know what is in that report,” Streisand says. “Framing Britney Spears” is the latest project to reconsider women once ridiculed and reviled because of their role in salacious scandals, such as Monica Lewinsky, Lorena Bobbitt and Paris Hilton. It asks us to ponder our collective complicity in the mockery and ***ist criticism to which Spears has been subjected. There are clips of a cruel segment from “Family Feud” (“name something that Britney Spears has lost in the last year”) and an ABC interview in which Diane Sawyer interrogates Spears about the end of her relationship to Justin Timberlake: “You caused him so much pain, so much suffering. What did you do?” The breakup marked a turning point in the media’s coverage of Spears and the beginning of a nasty backlash that continued during her ill-fated marriage to Kevin Federline. Spears had the misfortune of breaking down as the vulturous tabloid culture of the mid-aughts reached its peak when a lucky paparazzo could make hundreds of thousands of dollars off a single celebrity snapshot. “There was just that invisible line that seemed to exist then that nobody knew how to handle,” says Spears’ former stylist, Hayley Hill, in the documentary. “And nobody knew how to tell her how to handle.” Since then, supporters have regularly picketed at court proceedings and continue to parse Spears’ frequently inscrutable Instagram posts, looking for coded messages with the intensity of intelligence analysts. The #FreeBritney movement became a more central part of the documentary as Spears’ legal battle picked up last year. In a series of court filings, Spears began to actively fight her father’s role as her conservator for the first time since 2008. When her lawyer wrote that Spears “welcomes and appreciates the informed support of her many fans,” #FreeBritney loyalists celebrated. “That was a huge thing to them,” Stark says, “because they felt all this validation, like, ‘You should have listened to us.’” In November, Spears won a small legal victory by having an outside company, Bessemer Trust, added as co-conservator of her estate. But her father retains partial control of her daily existence and Spears remains responsible for paying her lawyers, her conservator and her conservator’s lawyers — doling out more than $1 million in legal fees last year. “As long as it keeps going, all those people are making money,” says Stark. “Do they always have her best interest in mind? It’s hard to tell.” Source: https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/tv/story/2021-02-05/framing-britney-spears-free-britney-fx-the-weekly
  13. One day I’ll be thanking her current team. They’ve become so power hungry that they’ve forgotten something. Britney’s name is the thing that holds ALL the power. They’ve made her work for YEARS keeping her career alive even through controversy over their secrets. Once Britney is free, she will be that much more powerful and relevant than ever thanks to their corrupt nature blowing up. If I were any of the people who contributed to this mess I’d be shaking. All the time and energy you spent controlling Britney will ultimately backfire. Idiots. Y’all only made her more famous and desired by the public and she will use HER power against you. Money hungry pigs.
  14. Hey, guys! Been a while since I posted here, but I was motivated today after I had seen several accounts on Twitter and Insta having my artwork as their avatars without crediting me. SO, since we're here, I wanted to share my contribution to the #FREEBRITNEY movement thus far.
  15. Rising Youtube star SL04N comes through with receipts (thanks to Britney Hiatus), and exposes Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Reva Goetz in a new video. Goetz (pronounced Guts) is the person who took away Britney's freedom in 2008, after approving a completely bogus "dementia" diagnosis, effectively sanctioning the conservatorship. The video is ruthless in its expose of Goetz, known for having a not so honourable track record, she's described in online evaluations as "extremely unprofessional," and "disgusting....who lacks any form of integrity or ethics". Ouch! As well as hosting an event with Jamie Spears' ex-bumchum Andrew Wallet called "Conservatorships for the High Profile Public Figure, Does it Work?", the pair were also seen attending the Femme Fatale tour together (according to attorney Katerina Perreault, who used to work for Wallet's law firm). No doubt they bopped along to "Gimme More" and "Toxic", for sure their go-to anthems. Goetz also took part in hosting a training event with non other than Samuel D. Ingham, Britney's current representative in court, appointed by you guessed it, Goetz herself. It's a small world in Britney's legal domain. Watch below, and sound off in the comments with your reactions! Spill your "Guts" *For entertainment purposes only
  16. Hey guys, Disclaimer: This is gonna be very long! I've been an exhale user for ages but the last time I was active was around 10 years ago, since then I've just been lurking around reading Britney news. But I've just finished watching the Deep Dive documentary, and I really want to vent my emotions and share some thoughts that I just cannot hold inside of me (not a big social media user, so this is as good a place as any, so bare with me). I know this forum is not really the place for long discussions, so if you don't care about my thoughts, just pass by, don't be mean I've been a Britney fan since the beginning, when I was a kid a few years younger than her. When I think about it now, I can thank Britney for most things that I appreciate about myself as a person today - speaking English (I learnt the language singing along), making music, being comfortable in my womanhood. Most of all, she gave me comfort when I needed it most. Between the Britney and ITZ eras I stopped religiously following her as I was coming of age, my music tastes broadened, I got more into indie stuff (which is a testament to the quality of Britney's music, despite what most people think about her as an artist - I grew up on her music, and it instilled a very good music taste in me). But when I was going through a bad breakup, already as an adult, in around the Circus era, I needed the comfort of her music again and started inquiring about her life and registered here. This was the introduction into my Britney story. Now thoughts on the whole breakdown/conservatorship situation. In 2007-2008, I read some news about what was going on in her life back then, distantly, and it truly shocked me. But not why you'd think. Now, it might be that I live in Europe and here we are more chill about this stuff, but I truly, really truly did not understand what the big deal about her behavior was. I started reading all these articles in American media how she's crazy, how she's an addict etc - you know what I mean. But when I actually inspected what she was up to, I just couldn't see anything that a normal 20-something person wouldn't do. Especially in her position, surrounded by these crazy paparazzi, during the divorce. I just couldn't understand what was so crazy about her? To this day, it baffles me. I watched this DeepDive documentary, and everything that they showed - I still think there was nothing wrong with her behavior, considering the circumstances. Is it an American thing? I truly don't understand. So this brings me to my next thought - why on earth would she need a conservatorship in the first place? I know that many of you say that it was "necessary" back then but not anymore. But in my opinion (acknowledging my limited knowledge and our lack of access to medical data, so this is pure speculation based on years of observation), nothing that she did, the "crazy things", would require such a drastic measure. We have this procedure of guardianship in my country as well, and a friend of mine put one on his elderly schizophrenic father who cannot even bathe himself. But what I couldn't understand then, and can't understand now, is how all her actions - to me, they seemed very normal, healthy reactions - could lead to this. I thought it was an abuse back then and still think this to this day. So she partied, so she drank, so she took a few drugs (allegedly), I'm sorry, but who didn't? Kids in college in the US do so many much worse things. Personally I had already quit drinking and smoking by my sophomore year, which gives you an idea on when I had started. And her motherhood "incidents" were also ridiculously mistreated - all parents mess up somehow, it's just a matter of time, and most babies are just lucky to survive our incompetence. Finally, although I've always known it, but after seeing this documentary in one sitting, I have to point out the narcissistic abuse Britney suffered from her father and possibly others. I am currently coming out of an 8 year abusive toxic environment at my workplace with a narcissistic psychopathic boss. Only after three years of therapy, I was able to quit the horrible job in politics (where narcissists thrive, just like in showbiz) and see the gaslighting I've been subject to for years. I am talking about it because I am seeing a lot of posts here and elsewhere asking why Britney doesn't speak up, or why her instagram is so weird. I'll tell you why. Manipulations that narcissists are capable of are just insane. Her father, an alcoholic, is a textbook narcissist - controlling, abusive, manipulative. For years, I couldn't quit my job because my boss manipulated me into thinking that if I quit, the whole organization will go down and over 50 people will lose their jobs because of me. The boss also made sure that whoever quit on their own couldn't get another job in this sector, showing me what they will do to me if I, the closest confidante, will quit. And I truly believed that in my gaslighted mind. I know the word now, but for years, I just thought I was losing my mind, going crazy, because someone was constantly telling me the reality is not real. Now, I can only imagine the scale of this manipulation when it's not just about some coworkers and friends but about your own kids. And you might think that he is doing it for the money. Maybe his allies and enablers are. But I think he truly believes that he is saving her. Knowing this kind of abuse from inside out, studying it now for over a year, I am almost sure that he thinks that everybody owes him, that he's the true victim and that without him she's nobody. And these are the kind of thoughts that he has made her think for years, gaslighting, diminishing her, making her feel devalued, second-guessing herself, shaming her for her supposed "sins". I've only dealt with this for a couple of years, and in a workplace - and I am still pretty damaged. Imagine that on a whole different level, and with the pressure of the whole world looking. I don't think that her instagram is weird. I think it is not weird enough, after everything. Her anxiety is a very normal psyche reaction, as a coping mechanism. To think that she was able to work so hard and so well after and during all this is just extraordinary for me - I am lucky if I can get out of bed at all, as of now. I think she had the healthiest possible reactions to the events of her life, to people taking advantage of her goodness and kindness. Kindness is a modern sin. So there are my thoughts. Sorry for the long read. I would appreciate a discussion and, perhaps, an explanation of how exactly such normal actions and reactions by a 20something year old woman be perceived as crazy. I just can't wrap my head around it. btw, the best source describing manipulation techniques that these people use is the channel of Dr Ramani on youtube - I think it would be great to ask her to do a video on Britney's situation, she talks about TV shows sometimes: https://www.youtube.com/user/DoctorRamanDurvasula. She explains very well why children of narcissistic parents are magnets for abusers, especially when they are empathic like Britney is. Please be kind
  17. The fourth part premiered!!! (link below) It's seriously a Netflix quality documentary. Done so well!! You can show people (even non-fans) to display her career and what tragedy happened to her in Life!! Part 1: Uncovering Britney's dark past (1983 - 2006) Britney's childhood, career beginnings and turn in the media. Part 2: Losing a Pop legend to the Media in 2007 (2007) Disclaimer: Very unsettling and an emotional rollercoaster! Only for the faint hearted!! (2007 compressed in 45 minutes💔) PART 3: The exact moment Britney lost her freedom | The conservatorship it's 1:30 h minutes because the makers supposedly had too much material to cover and they announced part 4 due to that! - WATCH BEFORE LOU FILES DEFAMATION AND TAKES IT DOWN It's all in a good way and describes the exact timeline and how they trapped Britney and the conservatorship was implemented. 2 critc points: - Femme fatale was a success but we as fans knew something was off, whereas in the documentary it isn’t mentioned and is hailed as a successful era and a well put together Britney - Accusation of Jason Trawick abusing Britney and radar online clips to support that claim. (Those clips are fake as hell) Part 4: Britney sent warning signs for over a decade | the control According to the maker of the series there is so much more information they need to cover and announced to extend it and make it a 6 part series. Special guest appearance in part 4 by @jordanmiller I request someone to download all parts just in case Lou’s targets it and takes it down. This is too valuable and the best documentary about Britney made. starting to watch it now!!
  18. Update: The following text that's crossed out is defamatory and false according to a demand letter from Lou Taylor: Courtney Love was almost placed in a conservatorship by the same people who put Britney Spears in one, and she says it nearly killed her. A user on Instagram asked: “Is it true that Lou Taylor – who planned the conservatorship for Britney with her father – wanted to put you in a conservatorship too?” Courtney replied, “Short answer is yes. Lou did try. for a mutated strain of a conservatorship. She and the ‘jeryls’ made an attempt to control kurts name and likeness and all nirvana songs (96 per cent). Then sell the publishing, by which time I’d be in a conservatorship or more likely? Dead.” “I was successful at blocking only Lou, that’s just because I chant a lot which makes me lucky. But, not her buddies. I just looked at Britney’s account. There’s no point in sticking my neck out for her now, her pack of wolves almost killed me and my only child,” she continued. Courtney added that Britney “looks damaged, fu**ed up for life.” Courtney had a platonic relationship with Britney's former manager Sam Lutfi for years as well. “I just got away from (Sam) lutfi after 8.5 hellish years. Bad as he is? He doesn’t hold a candle to those people,” Love said. “I’ve tried to lobby attorneys for years with a glimmer of humanity to take on Spears situation and they always p***y out,” she continued. “And frankly I’m done with it.” Courtney added she knows “more about the Spears case than almost anyone there is. There was a time I’d have told you anything. Everything”. “It’s one of the worst things I’ve ever seen done to another woman and trust me I’ve seen it all,” she continued. “But I’m OK now in Europe recovering from a near death illness that probably happened due to the stress of out maneuvering those ***holes for pre-Britney, 25 some years … we finally have a manager they’re all scared of and we are safe. I’m OK and most of all frances is OK. I’m not dragging us though the PTSD and trauma that Lou's name brings up in me.” She finished with: no one can do that to us again”. “In exchange for that security. I don’t get to talk about the particulars. I’m keeping the security. I’m sorry but I can’t help you further [email protected] Britney ‘expose’ was a lazy farce. If that’s all there is for justice? **** it. I’ll make my own government. And do as I’m told.” Related:
  19. I know some of you have your reservations about supporting a single when Britney herself is refusing to perform or do any career work until her father is not involved in her finances, but there are a few points I believe we should consider: Previously Unreleased. This is not a newly written or recorded song, which means all production costs have already been expended. She’s already foot the bill for the song, there’s no harm in releasing. Bessemer Trust. They’ve been newly appointed as co-conservators so we should be optimistic that they will properly handle Britney’s finances and treat her fairly in this situation. When songs are released, typically the label is first to be paid and then they give artists their percentage. My thought process is that because this is how it’s always been, by supporting the song the label sees that Britney the artist is still being supported. (This applies to her music in general; maybe moreso than with “SITS” since it’s partnered with Urban Outfitters) and then when Britney is compensated, we continue to hope that Bessemer handles her finances in accordance. No need to promote. Britney can continue to not take on work projects and still receive support. We are her fans. We are the Britney Army. I understand not wanting to “feed the machine” that you feel is taking advantage of her, but you can support her music and fight for justice at the same time. Use this as a way to raise awareness while we trust the process that is going on now. She’s getting more and more victories in court. Ok I ranted quite a bit. This is all in my opinion and my interpretation of things. We can discuss EDIT: the simplest thing I’m trying to say in addition to that long drawn out post is that I think with Bessemer coming into this, it seems like Jamie is actually (although maybe slowly) getting removed from his position Related:
  20. There's a rumor that RCA wanted Britney to release a Xmas album this year, but she said no because she's not working right now while she fights the conservatorship. Related:
  21. At first I thought Billy B (@billybmakeup on IG) was shedding light on Britney’s situation, and seeking justice. But now it’s clear, he is self serving in an effort to gain more publicity of his own! Today he posted 2 songs that Britney allegedly sent to him personally, in order for him to share with us. Only problem is... those songs have been leaked for years! Then when he started receiving backlash in his comments, he posted alleged screenshots of his text conversation with Britney. Only problem is... those messages are green & white, inconsistent with the blue & white iMessage we all know Apple products use. Billy & Britney BOTH have iPhones, why would their message thread be green? Finally, in a last ditch effort to sway Britney fans, he posted an alleged selfie (which I have attached) of Britney at her vanity. He later deleted it, but the caption read “see guys it’s really her, now you can calm down!” In an effort to make us believe Britney had sent him that selfie. Only problem is... the iPhone she was holding was an OLD model iPhone, and in the recent pictures of her & Sam at the beach (also attached) she has a NEWER iPhone model laying on her towel! He is a wolf in sheep’s clothing, and I suggest we all unfollow this opportunist. I called him out in the comments of his IG posts, and let him know I would officially be unfollowing due to his recent increase of sketchy behavior, all he could respond with was “ok bye” just like he does to every other user who questions his legitimacy.
  22. OK, this is my first major topic to open a thread with, it's major LONG and I just know I'm going to get crucified by some of ya'll so just play nice please I've been avidly checking dates, comparing quotes, captions, pics, outfits, dissecting the evidence and reading the Queen's eyelashes now for months to try and decipher if it's really Britney behind the posts and I personally believe that Britney regained at least autonomy over her pics/videos/captions even if she doesn't post them 'live' herself. Buckle in BH, here's the my take: I believe Britney gained a level of autonomy on her social media around late 2018/early 2019. Sometime in the Domination rehersals and around the time of this post something changed: This is around the time she was actively rebelling against Jamie - going out driving, disappearing with Sam, stopping her meds, etc. etc. I believe she potentially managed to eventually get almost full control (besides advertising posts) following her stay in the wellness centre, possibly as a deal between her and Jamie that if she went along with the 'all is well' post to take the heat off that she could have majority say on her content, provided she produced enough content regularly and her social media team controlled when the posts go out. Perhaps, this is the time Sam Ingram did a glorious u-turn and perhaps he managed to leverage control over Instagram as one of the the 'adjustments' that have been already made that to her freedom that we haven't had detail on yet. Posting the video from the clinic defending her family and saying Sam Lufti faked her emails would have given her huge leverage after all. And from this point on we get full on quirky Brit, rebellion Brit and trolling Brit, lengthy, cryptic captions AND if you take a look you will see that 'Touch Of Rose and RED actually begin to sneak in around this time too. The Multiple Repeat Posts What better way to rebel against Lou and Jamie by just filming a LOAD of selfies, walking videos, setups etc on just a few days to keep reusing to meet her content quota. Homegirl would know how much this would grate James as he tries to continue working her like a cash mule - repeat posts of a make-up less Britney looking sad and expressionless in non big label outfits (note that the peasant tops are NOT what she chooses to wear when on vocation or when outdoors with Sam). She even posted a video mentioning wishing she 'had wardrobe full of designer clothes... just IMAGINE' which is so heavily laced with direct sarcasm towards those who forced her to parade in runway show posts wearing expensive dresses for so long. She even posts a video showing us the actual wardrobe of designer clothes she has, yet suddenly she's wearing basic fashion - either they took all of her clothes away and replaced with what she has now (makes no sense to a team pushing her to be cool and relevant) or she's actively choosing not to wear them and along with her remarks about her flip flips, heels, make-up, hair, the 'immaculate threading' on the Mommy floral dress...Britney having never owned a white swim suit before so wears her 'Grandmas' old one when we've seen her in designer white swim suits multiple times. She's making a point to team CON that she's no longer going to be their doll to dress up and flaunt for money for themselves. Which leads me to... Her outfits/overall appearance/image: https://www.instagram.com/tv/CESyJMvgL5F/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link Could the online auction of outfits recently have been Britney herself? Or perhaps Lynne? They would need to raise money to pay Sam Ingram since Jamie stopped- plus I'd imagine to have funds she can access to buy herself things she wouldn't normally be able/allowed to - the yellow dress from Bloomingdales, junk food and chocolate. All of those posts have undertones of being things she hasn't been able to do in a long time, probably rejecting efforts from Jamie to force a strict diet on her ever since he took over her life. She's said in many posts she used to hate sitting in hair and makeup for hours for shows and is letting herself FREE with no ****s to give what she looks like. Dancing barefoot, in gym clothes and not made-up to her choice of music and improvised is literally polar opposite of what she had to do when she was actively working for Jamie (hence the need to destroy her hair do night after night in Vegas). She's pointedly remarked about her lack of make-up lately too and that she doesn't have to bother to make him happy; real fans shouldn't care what she looks like at home - being Jamie's slave would mean immaculate hair and make-up, amazing clothes, collaborations with brands and maintaining a 'cool' persona to appeal to a young demographic. She always now posts unedited versions of her photos as a direct response to people saying she's been photoshopped. I've also lost count of the number of posts, random pics where she and/or Sam says something is cool in a very mocking tone when it clearly isn't what generally be considered as 'hip or cool' which suggests to me she doesn't care about impressing to get followers. She knows that her posts being repeated, her dancing erratically and generally her just being Britney will get attention from her followers - this is not Team CON trying to make her look crazy! Why would they do that? That would show that they have failed to protect her and would severely hinder the commercial potential of her brand as she would be considered as 'risky business' - You think James and Lou are really going to intentionally harm their 'investments' potential return by making her come across as too unstable to work? The fact James keeps claiming this is simply a lie to maintain power - so Britney is hamming it up to the max because the more oddly she behaves the more attention is given to her posts, comments and Free Britney movement as a whole. No to mention that EVERY single music track she chooses to put on her videos has strong freedom/breaking free/being controlled/anti-conservatorship vibes. Hey Lou , let's post a fathers day instagram but not mention her me AT ALL despite Lynne getting the full on daughter love on Mother's Day?? Nah. It just doesn't make 'hybrid business model' sense, now does it? Speaking of getting more ATTENTION... ROSE/RED PROJECTS 'Just a Touch of Rose' seems to be the series of garden or studio backdrop shots, primarily of her staring expressionless at the camera as she walks back and forth towards it with a deep gaze. As she has told us many times 'the eyes are the window to the soul' and in these photos there is a palatable sense of sadness and of someone reaching out in desperate hope for something. She stares at us... 'rooting for the world' (ie. her fans helping her), asking us to look at the little differences, details in the small things in these shots, presenting herself with a crown of roses popular amongst Goddess and Nymph mythology that she frequently references. Only when she was awarded her right to her own counsel the other day did she present 'Rose' with a beaming smile to end the project and instantly moving on to 'RED' featuring more shots of her from the Summer. 'RED' symbolises danger, blood shed, a warning sign and draws attention. Here she portrays herself more confidently and with a harder gaze - as though she is setting her sights on her prey and sending out the signal to run and hide. I think we will see more similar/same shots from a couple of months ago as we build towards the next major point in the court battle (after all it IS still Summer! ). I'm not going to get into hype around RED being a secret album, but let's just say there's a high number of coincidences between Britney and Danja's posts and timings of certain posts. There's also some interesting song titles registered if you have a look for them under the name 'DANJA DANJA'. I'm remaining open minded and optimistic on that front. I could get into Sam, the Lioness imagery, quotes and a lot more coincidental stuff but my brain is too fried from trying to piece all the puzzle at the minute. Please don't attack me for my personal views, I just happen to think Britney is super smart (as she's proven so often in the past) and knows what she'd doing. She'd told us she needs our help (hello Yellow top - her new favourite colour!), but I don't think we should take it in the literal sense of 'help I'm held prisoner and beaten if I don't dance for you, more that she needs us to SHARE her story and continue to put pressure on Team CON. GOD BLESS YOU ALL! PS. One finally thing... the wristband conspiracy. None of you remember this? Related:
  23. Britney's legal advocate / lawyer Sam Ingham filed documents slamming Jamie Spears' petition to bring back Andrew Wallet as co-conservator of Britney. For all intents and purposes, he is a complete stranger to Britney and is insanely expensive. Ingham also points out the exuberant fees the conservatorship team and her business managers made in 2019 and 2020 despite Britney not having performed once. That includes $426,000 a year for Britney's co-conservator. Lou Taylor's Tri Star was approved for $500,000. Jamie Spears Mr. Spears claims Britney's objections to the appointment of the conservator are full of factual misstatements. Jamie's asking the court to hold a hearing to weigh the facts, TMZ reports. Andrew Wallet "After denying for months that any structural change to this conservatorship was necessary, an hour before the last hearing James suddenly reversed direction and conceded that a co-conservator of the estate is needed after all. However, rather than work collaboratively with Britney to find the best candidate, James chose to work in direct opposition to her clear statement that she "strongly prefers to have a qualified corporate fiduciary appointed to serve in this role." "In fact, Mr. Wallets's sudden departure after 11 years was "voluntary" only in the sense that he wasn't removed. Rather, it was negotiated by court-appointed counsel for Britney and supported by consideration to Mr. Wallet in the form of a $100,000.00 "golden parachute." So, he says, adding "any individual co-conservator to this case, much less Mr. Wallet represents a very poor value that Britney cannot afford. "Apart from the fact that Mr. Wallet has been extremely expensive in the past, based on what occurred over the 11 years he served as her co-conservator there is no reason to believe that Mr. Wallet will be able to work with Britney to explain and implement any difficult budgetary choices that must be made." Tri-Star The document also fights Jamie's move at the end of 2019, when he agreed to pay Tri Star Group a minimum annual fee of $500,000 despite the fact that Britney hasn't performed again since October 2018, and doesn't plan to do so at the moment.
