Imagine Dragons lead singer, Dan Reynolds, shows off his buff bod in Men’s Health.
Every January, millions of people make a New Year’s Resolution to change their eating habits and exercise, and every February… millions say screw it. If that sounds familiar to you, don’t fret, because you’re not alone.
Reynolds opens up to Men’s Health about his healthy lifestyle, but admits that wasn’t always the case. After being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease named ankylosing spondylitis (AS), which “causes inflammation in the spine and can lead to pain in different parts of the body,” Reynolds knew he had to change his ways. At one point, he could barely hold his newborn daughter or perform on stage.
You might not have ventured into this post hoping to get inspired, but Reynolds interview will do just that. You can read it here.
If you’re already killing it in the gym or prefer to exclusively Netflix and chill, skip the interview and feast your eyes on a shirtless Dan Reynolds below.
