Nick Jonas will sell the most physical albums this week, but it won’t trump Drake overall.

Drake is unstoppable, remaining atop the Billboard 200 for a seventh consecutive week with his latest release Views, selling 121,000 equivalent album units. Views is the first album by a male to spend seven consecutive weeks at No. 1 in nearly 16 years.

Nick Jonas’ Last Year Was Complicated flies into the No. 2 slot with 66,000 units, 47,000 of which were traditional album sales.

It’s been 10 years since a male solo artist managed to have their album stay at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 for six consecutive weeks, and Drake is eyeing a seventh. Views is only projected to sell 25-28k in pure album sales, but because his sales game is still so strong, he’ll easily top the charts once again. This means that despite Nick Jonas’ new record Last Year Was Complicated selling the most, estimated around 45-50k, he won’t debut at No. 1.

Sound familiar? Drake also blocked Meghan Trainor and Ariana Grande from topping the charts recently.

But don’t worry, Jonas isn’t too upset by it. He says in the brand new issue of Essential magazine he thinks Drake is “just awesome,” adding: “I love Kanye a lot as well. Those two had really great albums this year. I’d love to work with them.”

“I’m very comfortable with who I am today,” Jonas continued. “I think it has been a process to get here, and I’m always trying to evolve, but I’m grateful of my journeys. I like the ride, it’s fun. As long as you’re willing to have fun too, it’s a good ride.”
