Vocals for days.

Demi Lovato wanted to create a soul-tinged R&B album, and that she did.

“Sorry Not Sorry” showed off her vocal chops but with a pop refinement. On her album title track, “Tell Me You Love Me,” Demi doesn’t hold back.

“Oh, tell me you love me / I need someone on days like this, I do,” she sings over John Hill and Stint’s sassy production. “On days like this / Oh, tell me you love me.”

It’ll be interesting to see how this charts, but according to the pop star she’s less concerned with numbers this era. Instead, she’s gunning for that Grammy win. If you ever doubted Demi could sing, I mean SING, than give this a play:

Demi also shared the official cover art for Tell Me You Love Me. The artwork floating around yesterday was actually for the single.
