Demi Lovato and Luis Fonsi breathe new life into “Échame La Culpa” with an English-language remix of the track.

Demi and Fonsi were hoping the “Despacito” lightning could strike twice, but no one really stood a chance at recreating that kind of success. That’s not to say “Échame La Culpa” hasn’t performed on the charts exceptionally well. The track peaked at No. 47 on the Hot 100, streamed nearly 265 million times on Spotify and the video has been watched nearly one billion (with a b!) times. Yeah, pretty damn good.

On it, Demi and Luis accept the dissolution of a relationship, but each wants to take the fault for it. Qué romántico.
