DΔWN’s Drops "Roses": Listen

Roses are red, love is blue, we heard DΔWN’s new song and so should you.

The slow-motion vocal realness triumphs in DΔWN’s (formerly Dawn Richard) new slow-tempo song “Roses” about feeling the blues. The track was written by the former Danity Kane member with production by London’s Heiscronus. It’s another seductive and titillating contribution from the 31-year-old, who continues on her EP trilogy quest. After Goldenheart and BlackHeart (which featured “Projections” & “Calypso”) came RedemptionHeart. The latter debuted a slick visual for “Titans x James Dean,” marrying the “Titans” interlude off Blackheart to “James Dean” on RedemptionHeart. Continuing her indie label-less theme, DΔWN produced “Roses” just for the sake of music. And definitely not to compete with dumblonde and their latest self-titled release.
