June 3, 2010 By Jordan Miller

Britney had a conservatorship hearing today, according to the Los Angeles Superior Court, case #BP108870.

Though Britney did not attend, dad / co-conservator Jamie Spears had a closed door meeting with the commissioner, reports

According to the LASC, Jamie and the commissioner discussed Britney’s status, allowance of fees (including court-appointed attorney’s fees) and a seal to exparte a petition for orderapproving agreement.

A court clerk says Jamie went “directly into Commissioner Reba Goetz’s chambers at around 4 p.m.” on Thursday, and stayed the duration of the day.

“Commissioner Goetz also approved attorney fees of $235,570.00 for Jamie Spears attorneys and fees for conservator Andrew Wallett’s law firm of $124,714,” reports Radar. “Sam Ingham, Britney’s attorney told the commissioner that she didn’t object to any of the fees, ‘She has strongly opted out of those decisions,’ regarding any fees.”

“Earlier today, attorneys for Jamie Spears and Britney Spears were in front of Commissioner Reva Goetz discussing approval of attorney’s fees and sealing medical records, among other things. A source close to Britney told us that it was highly unlikely that the conservatorship would be ending by the end of summer.

Britney’s next hearing is scheduled for July 27.
