She asked everyone to hold hands to honor those lost or injured.
Celine Dion paid tribute to the victims who were killed or injured at Ariana Grande’s concert in Manchester.
The global icon asked the crowd attending her show inside The Colosseum at Caesars Palace on Tuesday to hold hands with the person sitting on either side of them to honor the 22 lives lost and nearly 60 people injured from the horrific attack on Monday.
“Come on, everybody, stand up… raise your hands and join them to the person on either side of you, please,” Dion said to the audience on Tuesday (May 23). “Let’s stand up for Manchester and show them that we care. We’re filming this and we’re going to send it across the ocean to those beautiful souls, so let’s do that. That’s it.”
She added: “They will be seeing you, they’re going to feel your love,” Dion added, raising her arms above her head. “Thank you so much. That was beautiful.”
