Britney isn’t marrying fiance Jason Trawick until after the lawsuit with ex-manager Sam Lutfi is settled, according to RadarOnline.com.

Lutfi is suing the Spears after allegations in Lynne’s book Through The Storm claimed Lutfi played a negative role in Britney’s life, including cutting off her phone lines and administering drugs to her.

A trial date of September 11, 2012 has been formally set and the trial is expected to last approximately 12 days.

“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation,” a source told Radar. “First of all, everyone involved wants Britney to get married once the conservatorship has been lifted.”

“Lawyers for Britney’s conservatorship have been successful in keeping her from being deposed in the Lutfi litigation,” a source close to the situation tells Radar. “She could get married under the conservatorship, but the judge would have to sign off on it. If that were to happen, lawyers repping Lutfi would absolutely go into court and argue that if Britney were able to get married, she should be able to be deposed. There is no way Team Spears is going to let that happen.”

“The wedding will most likely be a very low key affair, and could take place in Britney’s hometown in Louisiana, at her mansion in Kentwood,” the source says. “Jason is fully embracing having the wedding in Louisiana. Britney has hired a wedding planner and is letting the pro handle all the details. Unless a settlement is reached with Lutfi before the trial date, the wedding will take place after the lawsuit is resolved. Britney and Jason aren’t in a rush to get married, they are enjoying being engaged….”

“Britney already feels like she is married to him, and trusts him.”
