Britney steps out post treatment.

The Britney Army scored a huge win for their fav. A judge set a new status hearing to discuss the conservatorship in light of the #FreeBritney movement. Read more about that here.

Britney was also released from treatment on Thursday (April 25) after reportedly completing a 30-day program. No other outlet could corroborate BritneysGram’s claim that the singer was in the facility since mid-January.

TMZ (via paparazzi agency Backgrid, who have exclusively photographed Britney in all three of her most-recent public outings) published a photo of her heading to a tanning salon. Fans noticed Britney was seen carrying what appears to be a phone from years’ past – it certainly does not look like a smart phone and most definitely not the iPhone she was holding on Easter.

In a separate story, TMZ is making things very clear that though Britney is doing better than when she first entered treatment, and is participating in intense therapy, her medication is still not in alignment and that mentally she’s still not 100%. “There are still issues with her judgment, and it goes beyond medication,” they write.

TMZ made that point several times – which is important to note seeing as there’s a new status hearing in the very near future. However, if true, having poor judgement does not necessarily equal keeping the same legal restraints in place. Ultimately, it is up to the judge to make that decision based off feedback from Britney’s medical team.

They also reported that Britney reunited with her children, and will have them for three days.
