There’s a strong likelihood Britney Spears will appear in person at her September 18th conservatorship hearing.

TMZ claims the princess of pop and her mom will show up in opposition to Jamie Spears. Lynne Spears will reportedly ask the judge to terminate Jamie Spears’ role as conservator.

See what Exhale is saying about this.

You may recall Mr. Spears recently temporarily stepped down as his daughter’s conservator, but it’s worth mentioning he surrendered the personal conservatorship role to a woman named Jodi Montgomery. He is still currently conservator over Britney’s finances, despite claiming “health issues” are impeding his ability to properly serve. Mr. Spears reportedly wants to reclaim his position as the personal conservator in January 2020, something Lynne is opposed to (and likely Britney, too).

Last month, Mr. Spears violently shook Britney and Kevin Federline’s eldest son, Sean Preston. Federline took out a restraining order against Jamie, barring him from having contact with Sean or Jayden for the foreseeable future. Britney has reportedly not spoken to her father since the domestic dispute last month.

The District Attorney’s office rejected the child abuse case against Mr. Spears.

Today’s court hearing will review the findings a court-appointed evaluator gathered over the last several months in connection to the conservatorship, including reports from Britney’s doctor, Dr. Timothy Benson, who died suddenly and unexpectedly at the age of 48-years-old last month.

A source connected to the case told TMZ there will be some “major surprises” in court.
