The admin behind fan-site ‘Absolute Britney’ is barred from further promoting the #FreeBritney movement.

Britney Spears’ conservatorship team won an injunction against Anthony Elia, the administrator behind the princess of pop’s biggest fansite, barring him from having any involvement in the #FreeBritney campaign.

Elia cannot talk negatively about Britney’s conservatorship, republishing, distributing or disseminating posts, nor can he authorize or ask third parties to do so for him, according to ET.

Spears’ father, who acts as the singer’s conservator of her financials, pursued legal action against Elia after Elia claimed Spears’ team was deleting positive comments on her Instagram to promote a storyline that she’s unwell and “using her social media in a way to negatively portray her and do her harm.”

In a post on social media, Elia stated her team allegedly removed positive comments “to keep up the illusion that she needs help.”

“They were all so quick to remove all comments before but now all the sudden they are leaving all negative ones but removing positive ones!” he claimed at the time. “How much longer is this going to be?!? This has to be human rights violation!!!! #FreeBritney.”

At the time of Elia’s posting, it appeared Britney’s mom Lynne endorsed Elia’s post.

The conservatorship asked the court for unspecified damages because Elia’s claims, according to them, created serious damage to the “business, occupation, reputation as conservator, and standing in the community.”

“It is time for the conspiracy theories about Britney Spears’ well-being and the mob #FreeBritney movement to stop,” the court document stated. “Elia has made it his mission to spread numerous false and malicious lies on the Internet about Britney, her conservatorship, and her team, including that those around Britney are harming her and not acting in her best interests. It is clear that, without any actual information about Britney and what is or is not in her well-being, [he] has made it his agenda to ensure that Britney is no longer in a conservatorship.”

Britney is currently awaiting a hearing in January to discuss findings of her conservatorship status.

Earlier this year, her father stepped down as the personal conservator over Britney, temporarily handing the responsibilities over to a woman named Jodi Montgomery. The move came after Kevin Federline filed a restraining order against Mr. Spears following a physical altercation with Britney’s eldest son, Sean. It bars him from seeing both of Britney and Kevins’ sons for at least three years. That threw a wrench into how he can properly care for Britney as the personal conservator. Because Mr. Spears proved to a judge he may act unstable in the presence of her kids, Britney’s visitation time with them was reduced. That reportedly caused more destruction to her and her father’s strained relationship.

Britney will reportedly spend Christmas Eve with her sons, but they’ll be at Kevin’s for Christmas and the rest of the week.

  1. “Absolute Britney” is her biggest fansite, what?
I think this fan went too far because, honestly, NO ONE KNOWS OR UNDERSTANDS ANYTHING of what’s going on with her for a long time now. But Jamie is a power triipper too for going after a fan, and what happened with Sean is proof of his aggression level.
PS: I never imagined I would be a part, as a huge fan, of a mega popstar’s crazy family and fame story. This has elements of the Jacksons and Whitney Houston, it’s no joke… * le sight *

  2. *Fears AB’s statements created serious damage to the “business, occupation, reputation as conservator, and standing in the community.”*

*Sues fan and outages the community anyway*

  3. I always thought the kids prefer Britney than Kevin. Also, cause most kids are closer to their mothers. Why aren’t they telling Kevin that they want to spend Christmas at mommy’s?

Absolute Britney is the biggest Britney fansite?! Not being biased but that just can’t be true. Otherwise, I would be there and not here.

Lastly, Tom is right. It makes no sense to go after a fan if he knows he’s innocent. Afterall it’s just fan. A nobody. A powerless, irrelevant being. Whereas being guilty makes you more sensitive and afraid of a lot of things. Anxiety. Only bad guys pick on the weak. That’s too bad. I kinda liked Jamie in For the Record and I Am Britney Jean. 😬
